I also have invested in ILD greens two years back in a Two BHK flat (1259 Sq Feet) in tower 3 (Fifth Floor). I have received the offer of Possession letter from the builder but the irony is that builder has increased the super area from 1259 to the new area of 1400 sq feet even without taking any consent or giving any information in the past. Moreover they are charging the specification upgrade charges @20 rs/Sq feet. Moreover, the other builders in the same locality are charging the maintenance charges between 2-2.5 Rs/Sq feet while they are asking for the one year advance maintenance charges at the rate of 3.75Rs/Sq ft. and on Super area. Really disappointed after seeing this and feeling cheated. I am sure other users in Tower 3 & 4 must have received the same communication from the builder. Let's all unite and oppose this. Hi Guys, getting offer from a broker to get 2 BHK flat directly from builder at around 60 laks. Can anyone suggest if it is worth that?
Had a long battle with the Ild group with legal notifications and then final negotiations to correct the horrendous increase in amounts on possession done fraudulently.
I have finally been able to settle the matter with them with the threat of consumer court. Got my possession for T4 apartment and registered by the government.
The group has not yet given me the keys on inspection where I made demands of rectification to the bad workmanship. These guys are useless and not accountable for anything.

My advice to all the prospective buyers - STAY AWAY FROM ILD Gurgaon. Not worst a shot.
We can advice the new investors to stay away but we need to take care of the rights of people who already have invested into it. I have got the offer of possession letter today only for my flat in T3, ILD greens but believe me it's too scary.Unexpected demand from builder at increased price. I didn't get a chance to speak with builder but I know there answer. We all have to come together and fight for our rights. I at least can't let my hard earned money go away so easily. We are living in the era of technology wherein we have lot's of medium to communicate. I believe writing blogs or communication over voice is not sufficient. We all need to come together by means of some regular meetings or discussions. Once we are unite, We can take legal action against them too.
