Illegal Factory — illegal factory in a residential area

Hi,

I am a resident of c-233 harinagar delhi 64. since last three years i am complaining against a dye cutting machine factory in my building .a person is running a dye cutting machine in the roots of my building which creates such noise and thrust that my whole house shivers . we have few old members as well in our family they cant take take rest .
I am really upset with MCD that they are unable to help me since last three years .i need help please this time get that closed .
