Imate-Imate Jama/Kaizer Telecom — Responsibility and Delay

I had purchased an Imate Jama which was faulty and gave it to the authorised service centre of Imate, Kaizer Telecom,Crawford Market.Thereafter i received a call saying that their shop was robbed and that included my phone as well. It has been more than one month now and i have absolutely no clue as to what is being done.everytime i call them up the only reply i get is that they are trying to get the NOC from the Police and now i get to hear a new thing(since last one week) that they have recovered some phones and trying to ascertain if mine is one out of them.anybody who has faced the same prob pls help/advice.
