Iam Tina my Pan card number is AGMPT2584, Assessment year is[protected], reference number is CMPP0493266. its been one year i have not received my refund amount as i updated twice my new address. still the status is showing update new address. please will you let me know when i will receive refund amount. After that nothing happened.

Income Tax Department — IT Refund for AY 2006-07 not received

My Name is Samar Cazi and my PAN # is AGPLC0265G. I am still awaiting my IT refund for AY[protected] in the amount of Rs. 9327/- PLUS accrued interest for 4 years (total approx Rs. 13600/-). My returns were filed in Pune under ward 7 (2). It is really unfair that our IT department expects all citizens to be prompt in paying & filing their taxes but when it's their turn, they take their own sweet time in refunding our hard earned money. It's been 4 long years and still no sign of my refund cheque. I was initially advised by people that it could take up to a year and I was prepared for that but 4 years is way too much time.

I would like someone to take accountability and help me resolve my issue. If you cannot refund me my money immediately, at least give me the option to adjust the amount in my balance tax payable for AY[protected]. I hope to at least get a quick response to this email and not have to wait or years for this too.

i want to file an income tax complaint against sum1...
actuallly my frnd tells me each n ever detail of his family...n he has told me a lot times dat how much black money he has in his house...so i wanna knw how to complaint about his father who is running a lot of factories but not paying d income tax..??

I am filling IT return regularly. But I did not get my refund for the AY[protected].
While checking the status of my refund online, I am getting the following message.

Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.

If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status

I Have Filled my Returns in Sept.2008 for the Year[protected] in Shimla ( Himachal Pradesh). Circle no ITO(3) Manuel. Receipt No 377339i 1721. My PAN No is AFLPT4777K.
I have spoken to my Assessing Office and he told me to Contact the Income tax Dept as he has done his bid of filling the returns and now it is the income tax dept to take care and do the needful.
Please advise as to how to get about the matter so that it could be settled and I get back my Refund.

It is also this that we were 5 o[censored]s who had filled the returns at that time . However 2 persons have received their Cheques at the Office.So how is it that we 3 are left out when every thing was the same.
Please help out.
