Income Tax Of India — Not received corrected PAN card

My relative was applied for PAN Card. His details are as follow:-Name-Abinash Kumar, PAN no.ARLPK7456J. The PAN card was received by him but father's name was found spelling mistake. He was applied for correction of father's name as acknowledgment no.[protected] dtd.3rd August, 2006, status-individual. But, he is not received corrected new PAN card at presently. When, I track above acknowledgment no then Income Tax Department display this "Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department".

I requested to you Please take necessary action & track his above pan number, why not recieve his PAN card at present.
