[Resolved]  Indane Gas Lpg — clarification

i have a gas connection in the name of my father in INDANE LPG with the agency COASTAL GAS AGENCY (INDANE DISTRIBUTORS) 9/1247
J R APARMENTS GANESH PAI ROAD ,PANDIKUDY KOCHI.682002
OUR CONSUMER NO: 15811
we have booked the gas on 1/9/07
normally they say a 21 days delay in next cylinder
although we have 2 cylinders we dont get it
the agency managers had said before that rule was changed to 30 days.
when todays after 30 days (1/10/07)when i enquired he is saying it is 35 days or more.

I have denied refill cylinder for Indane LPG after 33 days saying they will deliver only after 35 days.The gas delivery is in weekly or biweekly basis and if i miss this chance, i have to wait for another 1-2 weeks for their next delivery. My consumer no. is 2569 . and the agency name is Srikrishna Gas service Vazhakulam, Ernakulam dt.
