m/s. SAIEESH ENTERPRISES, Anandbagh, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, who is the authorised distributor for indane gas for in and around anandbagh areas is illegally collecting Rs. 150/- to book a new connection whereas i have enquired the same with a authorised distributor M/s. MANIKANTA GAS SERVICE, Plot No. 64, Ashok Enclave, Kapra, Hyderabad is collecting only Rs. 20/- towards the new connection. So a net of Rs. 130/- is been collected illegally by M/s. SAIEESH ENTERPRISES. Please take a severe action on M/s. SAIEESH ENTERPRISES who is collecting such illegal money and keeping ridiculous rules and regulations which are not the actual rules kept by the parent company and acting MONOPOLISTICALLY in issuing the new connections. M/s. MANIKANTA GAS SERVICE is accepting the new connection applications with hassle free documentation.

    Indane Gas — Not issuing New connection without gas Stove

    I have gone to register for a new connection with Sri Rama Gas agencies, (Indane Gas Agency) which is at Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. Even I have my ration card and other required documents I was refused to get a new Indane connection. The reason is, I haven't gone for the Gas Stove. Since I have a ISI marked gas stove with me, i dont want to go for a gas stove.
    But the manager refused to give a connection without Gas Stove.
    I was thinking that indian oil corporation is very good in customer service, but in this case it is disgusting. Can somebody take action on this?

    i have taken new gas connection 9/02/07 under connection no. s-13548 and having own house at my residence 490, gh8 pachim vihar, new Delhi due to transfer given by my emplyer i have shifted to Panchkula but My gas provider M/s.shubh gas service, 88-b jwala heri market paschim vihar is saying that for transfer connection should be 3 years old.
    so, he is not taking the regulator etc and very are getting the big problems.
    even i have shifted to Panchkula, Haryana.
    so, please help guide us .

    I have apply for Indan gas connection on 4th February 09 at Indan Gas Agency Bhiwari Jaipur Rajsthan Region.But still i have not got any type of information from agency.Even i have contact to Bhiwari office staff regarding this but they are not reply positivly.
    So please help me regarding this.Atleast responce from staff will be clear.My registration details are below.

      petrol bunk frauds,
      I said to put for Rs 1000 in petrol bunk near concord motors, guindy, chennai.indian oil petrol bunk. he took my credit card and
      started filling, suddenly the guy came running and made an argument with me saying that credit card that, sir its not
      workin, that time i saw it was 600, after getting the second card from me the 1000 was blinking in the meter that time i didnt recognize what he did then ii got the whole picture,
      that means he stopped at 650 and made that rs, 1000 as blinking.

      when i made an argument that if its 1000 rs it will show how much qty i.e in litres it will be displayed below,
      he was just blinking and further questioning he was doing his own work as if i am not speaking to him, then what i left the place, it was a lesson for me .

      not only in this petrol bunks most of the petrol bunks are like this .

      Cheating Techinc using by (Madhu Enterprises (Indion oil distibuter Dealer - Airport Raod - Kodihalli - Ph[protected] &[protected] They simply divert your mind while putting petrol inthe tank and charge extra. I have put a complaint against this. And the manager is not taking any action against the their staf. It means manager also taking something inthe cheated money.

      Petrol prices were reduced by Rs 5 from 6th Dec'08. Today (6th Dec'08) by morning 9.30 AM i took my bike to an Indian Oil Petrol bunk in T.Nagar, Chennai to fill petrol and the machine still had the old rate maintained and he was filling petrols for vehicles. When my turn came, i questioned him why he has not changed the rates. He said the owner has not come yet and so he couldn't change the rates. I said it is not legal to sell petrol at the old rate when govt has slashed the rates, it is like cheating people. He said whatever it is you can speak to the owner. I didnt fill petrol there, I noted the Petrol bunk Licence number - it is 3479. It is in G N Chetty Road, T Nagar, Chennai-600017 (Near Vani Mahal). Hope action is taken against the petrol bunk owner.
      Cheating Techinc used by (Madhu Enterprises (Indion oil distibuter Dealer - Airport Raod - Kodihalli - Ph[protected] &[protected]::::This is a regular thing done by this petrol bunk staff. If you ask for Rs.200. they set the meter for Rs.70 and prepare to fill the tank while trying to divert your attention. If you question them before they start filling, they again reset the meter to '0' and start filling only for Rs.130. All of the staff get united to confuse the customer. The staff do not give their manager's phone number. Even if the manager is present in the petrol bunk he does not take any responsibility for this. The staff even tell the customers not to go there again if they dont believe in them! They rob people during peak hours and rainy days.
      There are many petrol bunks like this cheating people in bangalore. IBP petrol bunk at Pipeline-Gowripalya road, near kuvempu circle at vijayanagar is one among them.(Read: silkboard.wordpress.com/2006/08/22/mileage-and-petrol-bungling-shell-shocked/) Does anyone knows if any action can be taken on this issue. why are tv channels not doing anything on this?
      yes, in some petrol bunks while filling petrol they are disturbing customer not to watch the reading, they diverting our mind asking some useless questions. why because for cheating petrol.
      cheating in DeveGowda Petrol bunk in Banashankari Bangalore, while filling the fuel they will mislead the customer by adjusting the fuel meter.In this petrol bunk the fuel meter itself corrupted, they have done some technical adjustments in the meter. If you fill the fuel for Rs 100, your tank will be filled for 60 to 70 RS.
      please take care, while filling in this bunk.
      Just this morning I had a bitter experience at DEVEGOWDA PETROL BUNK. This is not the first time. Despite of YELLING FULL TANK, the guy pretends not to hear and puts for Rs 50. Then apologises and re-fills from there and not by bringing to zero. Mine is a scooty of capacity 5l. Even if the tank is empty, on filling it should not go beyond 250 (considering petrol price per litre to be Rs.50, but is much lesser). But it comes upto 264-280 every time. Even this morning he pretended to be hearing Rs 50 when I said FULL TANK and started filling. He stopped at 50 and asked me to move the vehicle bit further. I started shouting at him. He continued to fill as if he was deaf. When I said how much can a 5litre tank take, he stopped exactly at 250 where as there was more space in tank. I request people to avoid this Bunk.

      Same issue with Seeta Circle petrol bunk (Giri Nagar). He only hears Rs 30 even if you say full tank.

      Suggestion: If the dont fill for how much we ask and stop at lesser amount either ask them to make it zero and re-fill or simply pay for that much and fill it in any other bunk.

      i have been cheated in a different way in the same bunk in guindy, very few petrol bunks are genuine these days, an dthey have invented various methods to cheat customers
      Yes this petrol bunk guys cheat people a lot. Even I had experienced 2 times. I told him to fill for Rs.100. The previous transaction was stopped at Rs.50 and there will be another guy coming towards and ask do you want to fill oil. That's all this guy continued the meter with 50 and filled showing as if he has filled for Rs.100. The second time I told him clearly Rs.100 but he stopped at Rs.30 when I asked him he says he didn;t hear me properly and continued the meter till Rs.70 and said first he filled for Rs.30 and now for Rs.70 so totally Rs.100

      Really filling petrol in the petrol bunk near concorde motors is a bitter experience.
      In my city vizag most of the petrol bunks are not maintaining Air which is compulsory for vehicle users but petrol bunk managements are not to provide this facility to the customers
      This may be damage of the tyre and reducing the fuel efficiency so please take care of the petrol bunks in my Visakhapatnam city.

      example one petrol bunk maintained by simhachalam devastanam is also not maintaining the Air in his bunk wchich is located at Gopalapatnam and popularly know as Gopalapatnam Petrol Bunk

        I am a consumer of Indane Gas with my Consumer No.10186 & 1375 and my distributor is: MARGHERITA GAS SUPPLY . P.O. MARGHERITA .DIST. TINSUKIA . ASSAM .
        I booked a gas cylinder on 19/09/08 and went to collect it 5/10/08 . That day Indane gas agency demand the amount in advance and gave me reciept for the cylinder bearing the date of delivery on 7/11/08 . But I have not received it till now .They always shows extreme shortage of gas cylinder and never deliver it to customer doorstep from last 8 to 10 years . They made a system to collect LPG from their godown . Phone lines are kept on hook . Now the gas distributor run a subdistributor which we think is unofiicial and creates a black market of LPG in our locality .Earlier complaint was made directly to the Indane gas consumer complaints and redressal cell, Tinsukia also but they are not taking any action against the distributor .
        IT IS DISGUSTING TO UNDERSTAND THE INTENTION TO TAKE THE CUSTOMER ON A RIDE WHICH HE HAS TO GULP WITH HELPLESSNESS. BEING ENFORCED ON - WHAT IS THE CHECK ON SUCH EXCESSIVE ACTS AND WHAT IS THE MEANING OF SUCH SLOGANS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BEST AND ACHIEVING AWARDS AT FORUMS WHEN SUCH INCIDENTS MAKE US PONDER WHETHER TO LAUGH OR CRY ON SUCH HUMILIATION! FEEL, IOC OFFICIALS SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS NOTE ON CUSTOMERS LOSING TRUST IN THE FAIR SYSTEM OF DISTRIBUTION WHICH HAS SUCH REPERCUSSIONS.
        CUSTOMER IS NEVER A KING BUT A SLAVE IS PROVED IN SUCH INSTANCES.Now I request immediate stern action on the agency and its staff for the harassment they are meting out to the customer and the Gas Cylinder has to be delivered immediately at my residence .
        Yes, I agree with Purushottam Khemani. However, I also feel that now situation has improved a lot in comparison to what was position about 20 years ago. Still many times we are put to harassment. there must be more competition. Another example of harrasment is at CESC - it is result of monopoly of CESC in Kolkata.

          My brother consumer number is 05770.we have applied for additional cylinder ( only one we have right now). It has been more than 18 months now, still the agency is not responding properly.

            I live in Gaur Green city Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I have a gas connection with Yadu Indane Gas Service, Sahibabad. I have been living in here for the last two and half years and not even once I have received a cylinder weighting the weight written on it. The delivery boys openly sell cylinders in black. The cylinders always weigh less than the actual weight. RWA at my society decided to check the weight of all cylinders at the entry point and put a seal on all cylinders with the correct weight. This worked well for a month or so till the delivery boys started fielding with the cylinders in the society premises after the seal was put. They always first give/sell cylinders to the people buying in black and then give cylinders to actual customers. As a result the actual customer never gets a cylinder before 10-12 day of the booking date. I will strongly suggest that you lift samples from the delivery vehicles. Ours is not the only society facing this problem instead, customers of this particular agency in Vaishali and whole of Indirapuram are tired of receiving ½ filled cylinders.

              My consumer no. is 015530 with PROMINENT FUEL CENTER, DONGARGARH, Dist. Rajnandgaon (C.G). I booked telephonically for the refill cylinder on 06.11.08 vide booking no. 925 at PROMINENT FUEL CENTER, DONGARGARH and I recieved the same on 15.11.08. At the time of giving door delivery of the refilled cylinder, the delivery boy is demanding Rs. 10.00 extra than the billing amount. When I brought the billing amount of Rs.344.30 to his notice the Delivery Boy said that since iam not a Salaried employee of the DISTRIBUTOR so I am charging Rs.10 to 15 extra for the delivery. He also told that Distributor has a knowledge about these things.
              I don't know since when it is happening, but I am suffering from the date of my connection in 2007.Pls let me know the action taken against this complaint at my email address- [protected]@gmail.com

              My consumer no. is 38676 I booked oneline for the refill cylinder booking no. 273340 and Cash memo no 24185.At the time of giving door delivery of the refilled cylinder, the delivery boy is demanding Rs. 10.00 extra than the billing amount. When I brought the billing amount of Rs.397.00 to his notice the Delivery Boy said that since I am charging Rs.10 to 15 extra for the delivery. He also told that Distributor has a knowledge about these things.


              He taken back gas cylinder. no delivery today

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am working in a Public Sector Organisation, approached Mohan Gas Services (Near BEL Circle, Next To INdial Oil Petrol Pump, Bangalore) to get the New connection. They asked me to produce the ration card. i produced the ration card and asked the connection without stove, since i had the stove of which has provided by INDANE only. (Actually our organisation gave the pigeon stove as a new year stove, which has the feature of automatic lighter once start the operation(lighter is not required) since it is very user friendly i had given the same to my relative, who stays in village & exchanged the stove which they got along with cylinder in the month of april 2008 from Indane gas service provider)

                Mohan Gas Agency told that if i purchse Gas cylinder & Stove both from them, they will give the connection within 3 days and no inspection of house or kitchen.
                If i want to purchase only cylinder technician will come and ceck the stove, since i had the stove i agrred for the same after 2-3 days he came and saw the stove and said that the stove is from Indane only is good that i have that. later he asked me to show the kitchen, being a bacheolar and living in city like Bangalore, it was embarrasing me to show him the fully pledged kicthen. i am in a rented house where i have two rooms and one bath room, when he asked me i told one room where i using as living room & keeping all i belongings, asper the requirement mentioned in website i need to have a place for cooking ...
                ( Q. How do I get a new domestic (14.2 kg/5 kg cylinder)Indane connection? Where is my nearest LPG distributor located?
                Ans: Indane is available for domestic use in 14.2 Kg capacity cylinders and also in 5 Kg capacity cylinders in select few cities primarily in hilly / rural areas in the country.
                New LPG Connections are now Available on Demand across the country. In case you do not have an LPG connection from any of the PSU Oil Companies in your name and you have a separate cooking area in your house you can have an Indane domestic connection in your name)...i told him that i will use that as a kitchen and shown him the table which i will be using to keep the stove on it and cylinder under that to full fill the safety requirement as well as two windows in the room. But i have been refused to get the connection based on the reason of his inspection note that "No kitchen"... i twice went to the agency and explained the situation, but the authorities are under the impression that i have only one room, they are not ready to listen to me & not even offered me a seat to express myself. As a right for information when i asked the same in writing the Madam refused to give in writing didnt give any chance to further conversation again i started brefing ...Suppose i have purchased stove & cylinder there itself no question of Inspection... no matter about kitchen...no matter of being refused by them & unexpected treatment...waste of my time & writing this big mail !!!. Since i am not purchasing stove from them all these cycle of activities, thogh i have the same stove being provided by them... as per the website i fullfill all the requirements and i stress & reiterate that i have to rooms, one wooden table to fulfill the safety requirement...more importantly the INDANE STOVE.

                when i requested eventhough they are under bias & decided not give connection, i was told to come on Tuesday to know my final status...of connection...
                My appeal to Indane gas is to just go through the mail and atleast make sure that same worst situation will not happen to others in future or advise me to take next step...that what i have to do...

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ranbir Gas agency, Alaknanda, New Delhi and my consumer number is RE19108. The gas agengy never picks up the phone i.e. landine and as a result booking refills or any other complaint over phone is not possible. I have to book the refills through the internet no i.e.1260. However the refill cylinder is generally not given on the first booking ; it is received only when i book for the second time. This time i booked for the first time on the internet no. on the 5th December; however i have not received till date i.e.14th Dec. Moveover their behaviour is also very rude and the agency is not ready to hear any complaint from any customer.
                  Please take necessary action.

                  I am from kharar (punjab). there is a punsup agency, which has a very poor supply, they not give us gas delevery at home . we always take our gas from agancy. and we always spend our many time from there.
                  I am having a Consumer No. 16859 with the Maheshwari Gas Agency, Madangiri New Delhi. I booked for Gas cylinder on 5.1.2008 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 1 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date.
                  Kindly advice m/s. Karuna Gas Agency of SURENDRANAGAR NAGPUR to deliver the gas cylinder to consumer No: 26511 booked on 13th December 2007 (Booking no. 4349)

                  If we book Indane Gas every time there we will be dealed in delivering, it will be more than 10 days and we should call 10 to 15 time to agency, my friend if they book HP or other cylinder within 3 days it will be delivered.

                  I have book Indane Gas (Consumer No. 18588) in Maheshwari Gas, DDA Flate Gali No. 9, Madangir, New Delhi on 20.05.2009 Throgh TOMO Gas Booking and my Booking No. was 01. But Till 27.05.2009, we have not received Gas Cyclender. Please enquire into the matter for delay delivering.

                  I have been booking online since the last several months and its displayed on the confirmation page that it will be supplied within 6 days. It never happens so. Every time under the plea of "crisis" in availability it is supplied in nothing less than 12 to 15 days. The Gas Delivery-Man is known in the locality where I stay, out in the suburb, for selling off refilled cylinders in black. Now, this kind of malpractices can never be caught red handed nor can be proven readily since it gets covered by the beneficiaries of the illegal transactions. More over the Delivery-Man charges extra high tips for the deliveries. Local consumers who are the victims of similar situation are reluctant to come forward and lodge joint complaints fearing that it might have adverse effect. We are caught in this blackmail situation. In fact, I am not even sure if this email is going to be of any effect. I am not giving any details of my Consumer Number or Gas Supplier until and unless I am assured of some remedy.

                  Most of the time telephone numbers either ringing or engaged. Luckily once we phone was picked up & refill was booked on[protected], docket no. 1718.

                  Till now NO delivery..& as usual telephone numbers are either ringing or engaged.

                  Every time gas refill booking is tough if booked very late delivery not less that 10 days.

                  Request immediate solution to it .

                  I am a consumer of indane gas bearing consumer no of PT 772 aged 80 years residing in the flat with my ailing wife booked for cylinder doc. no.5285 on 17/01/2010 till date not received. Pl. look into the matter.
                  I had booked for the gas cylinder on 11.06.2011 from the indane gas agency, malavia avenue, chennai, through online. My consumer number is 67409. I was told the booking through online will make the cylinder delivery soon. I got even the message regarding the registration details and the cash memo generation 5 days back. Still i have not got the gas cylinder till date. Already we are asked to book for cylinder after 21 days of previous cylinder delivery. moreover it has taken more than 10 days even after booking. I don't understand why this delay in gas cylinder delivery. i request the concerned official in-charge to take necessary steps for the delivery of gas cylinders on time.

I came to know that it was delivered to other. On repeated requests a cylinder was delivered on 18/12/13 after expiry of 1 month.09days . Again on 31/12/2013 I further booked a refill, but this is not delivered still today(02/02/14) though due date has already been over.

                    My Indane gas connection is with Lord balaji Gas Agency, No.94/A, Gengu Reddy Road, Egmore, Chennai-600008, and the contact Numbers given in their Bill is[protected],[protected], Cell No.[protected]. My connection No. is 10609. I had booked for a refill on the 20th October 2008 at 09.30 hrs using their Cell No [protected], and their reply was that the refill will come in 15 to 20 days. but the refill did not come till 11.11.2008. Every day we tried to contact the gas agency over the phone but all their phones were kept unreachable on purpose. The reason we could not go in person was because of the distance of 4 Kms from our residence.When we contacted them in person the Propretrix Ms I.Lavanya had said that thre was no complaint registered so no refill was sent. She had the audacity of showing their computer to show that the refill request was not registered. She also gave some new Cell numbers as [protected] and [protected], immediately i rang the first number which was not reachable.
                    Moreover this is not the first time several times in the past also the refill came late.
                    Is it necessary to go in person everytime the refill request is done ( that too travelling 4 kms for that) if so what is the use of the contact numbers given by the distributer. This leads to a lot of mental stress and wastage of money for travelling 4 kms. What is the method for redressal of this problem, also can I get a transfer to a distributer near my home.

                    Ref: My Consumer No. 9089 with M/s. Vimal Gas, Palluruthy -

                    I booked for a refill on 16/Jan/2009 and till date it has not been delivered !! Please note that, it is a regular practice, that this agency (Vimal Gas) takes minimum 45 days to deliver a refill. Everybody is facing the same problem.

                    Kindly look into the matter seriously and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.

Every time they will tell no connections now you see paper and come. i visited M/S Raj flame rama park uttam nagar new delhi.there i talk to mr.Avinash .he was behaving very rudely.there he was not ready to give any information related to new connection.
                      it is my bad luck that i m purchasing gas in Rs.450-500 every month.is really indane stopped to give new connections! if distributors behave like this then it will be very difficult for customers like us and indian oil also.since so many times i m trying here and there but there is no result.pl...ease ...help me out.

                        Respected sir,
                        I am a normal peorson who is unable to take domestic house gas from baghpat gas service because the proprioter of baghpat gas service has sold this gas service to ajay chauhan who has a crimanal record and jitander who is also a criminal.These people give gas to those people who they want to other wise they say no and make the gas supply in black @ RS 550 to RS 600 and the duration of thier gas supply is 35days/50days from the date of supply but according to indian oil the duration of supply is 21days/25days.
                        This is may humble request kindly help us in this matter

                          As a cusmtomer of IOC and i drawing my supplies from sri guruvayraban gas agency
                          vadaplani and i am not getting my supplies in time. Each booking they are takeing minimum
                          15 days as a lead time to deliver the cylinder. In this case no meaning of holding
                          two cylinders since they are takeing 15 days for delivery from the date of booking and
                          i cam book the cylinder after 21 days from the date of supply.

                          since we feel the guruvayraban gas agencies having problems in delivery & booking
                          when ever we call the telephone is always engaged.kindly request you to interwine
                          to speed up their delivery and my consumber number is33132

                          sir, I have got connection in the year 1995 from Haridwar gas agency, Haridwar, Indan Gas Agency, since then I am trying to get DBC from the same agency but they are not in mood to give me DBC, always postponement of my request and say come after 4 to 6 months, & when I go as per advice, same reply and again told me to come after 6 months, hence 15 years passed I did not get DBC from the same agency as I req. it very urgent.
                          It is also known some sources that after taking connection, 6 month is due for DBC, but nothing is heard and the same condition is still.
                          If any other related doc is needed for your disposal I will give you as per your demand.

                            I am a customer of Indane Gas Customer Id No. 34545 Name Arvind Singh Sengar, Bal Nikten Road Morena.
                            Thus the Dealer of Indane Gas Morena (Roshan Gas Agency) M.P. -476001 is not issuing me Double cylinder and dealer said, that the scheme of supply of double cylinder is closed, and you are not geeting this.
                            Please informed me if the scheme is closed, otherwise convey orders to that Agency Holder to give me double cylinder in future.

I want to know about new connection rule because from two weeks I am going to jhushi indane booking center they say that there is no connection without gas stove if you want the connection you should take the gas stove. Is this is compesery from the company.

                                Is it compalsery to take the gas stove with the connection. Please inform me as soon as possible and take some action on the indane booking center(Jhushi, Allahabad) they don't provide the correct information & miss behave on the time of inquiery.

                                i have for a new gas cylinder against empty gas cylinder at Chinthamani Gas agency, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600101 on 03/08/2009.I Have been told that ga cylinder will be delevered within week from 03/08/2009.But tiil today 18/08/2009 i have not received the new cylinder.when approched the agency, they say there is no emloyee available to deliver the cylinders and asked us take it from the Gas godown.When i went there to collect the cylinder i found that there are nearly 7 emploees sitting idle and telling that no stock.kindly take necessary action to amke them work and deliver the cylinders at right time.or cancel the agency license and appoint new agnecy for this area.Fo your immediate action please.

                                I have applied for new connection 2 months before and now I got the registery from indane for approval. At the time of applying i got the receipt from dealer with stamp mentioning "It is not compalary to take gas stove from us". Now when I went to dealer to take new connection he tried to convinceme to take connection along with stove but I am already having a stove in good condition (started using 20 days before). He said if you dont want stove then our executive will first go for inspection and charges wikll rs. 150. So I agrred for this. But inspection exectuive has rejected my stove because i dont have its bill (misplaced some where). I want to know that is it right to reject the gas Stove on the basis of not having bill though stove is in good condition.

                                This is hapenning with most of the persons. Dealer dont tell the complete process in details in beginning and at the end time they start forcing customer to take stove which they are providing.

                                Please reply me, i will wait for your responce on my follwoing points.

                                Respected Sir,
                                I Parthasarathy customer of MJV Gas Agency (Indane), Ambattur industrial estate, chennai with the consumer no : 2958. For the past two days I and my family members are trying to book the gas cylinder, whenever we try from land line and mobiles the response we get is the number you are trying to call is currently busy. This is totally not fair sir. As per their norms gas cylinder has to be booked after 21 days of the previous delivery. After we book, the gas cylinder will get delivered after 15 days. How could you expect the customer to use the gas cylinder for nearly 36 days with the family 4 members...???? They have gas for the commercial purposes but not for house consumption. If this case prolongs i will sue them in consumer court.

                                Previously we have complained in the month of october. Till now we have not got any reply for that complaint.
                                Hi, this is Rohit verma from Amritsar & we have connection at Amritsar Gas Agency. I have booked cylender on 25.12.10 but till date we have not received cylender.We cannot book cylender before 21days of ist delivery, In this scenario now 20 days more passed.It's approximately more than 45 days where we have not received our gas cylender.Can you please reply that how many days a cylender can work in 7 family members.Today we are in big trouble & everyday gas agency people says will send tomorrow...Please look into the same seriously.

                                I am the holder of Gas Connection No. 304 with Dyal Gas Service Nakodar (Jal.). I was transfer at Phagwara and Shifted my residence there. Due to this I have not refill my gas cylinder. Now, I again shifted my residence at Nurmehal permanently.
                                I was got this connection under M.P Quota at ( M P Balbir Singh). I visited agency at Nakodar. The owner of the agency told me that this No. 304 is running in the name of any other person. & refuse to continue my gas refilling. He also insulted me and said your gas connection is Bogus.
                                Kindly take stern action against the agency as he is black marketing by issues Bogus Gas connection and order to continue my supplies and cancel the bogus connection.

                                I am a consumer of Indane gas, the agency is Shaheed Om Prakash Gas Agency, pavi sadatpur, Loni, U.P. The employee of this gas agency is not doing their duty properly. they are booking gas after 25 days and delivering it from 2 weeks to 20 days. also in that agency there is no facility of phones. we have to go at agency for booking of gas. you are therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                I have booked with online gas booking facility on 3rd April 2012 and After contineous follow up with the Mithila Gas Agency then didnt deliver my refill.And some one lied that the house is locked instead of staying in house all the time...and After they said that your refill is cancelled and biook again after following the instuction they are just saying Next day...Before cancelling they even dont call up to confirm...

                                  I am waiting a new connection having with the ashoknagar indane gas sarves, pro-pradip ku. mukherjee, p.o- ashoknagar, p.s- ashoknagar, dist- north 24 parganas.I applied for new connection of domestic LPG. serial no. 444.I want to a single cylinder gas connection with out burner.but our local distubuter not agree this connection.he said me without burner, domestic LPG connection is not possible. I want to know you - which statement is right? known me new connection policy brifly.

                                  I requested M/S Agnihotri Gas Servece, Sector 37, Noida to provide a new gas connection. They just denied my request and told that new connections are not available presently. They are not willing to give in written.

                                  My uncle, Badal Chandra Sur, Vill- Bhannapara, P.o.-Chand para Bazar, Dist- North 24 parganas have applied for a new connection from Anupam Gas Service, Gopalnagar, North 24 parganas, West Bengal on June, 2008

                                  On Septmber, 2008 when I inquire into his connection over telephone, they asked me to attend their office immediately. On their office they handed over me a letter and asked to send it to my own address in speed post along with AD card. I have done the same at my own expenses. Then, on the first week of october I have submitted filled up form along with relevant documents. But, they have not isuued any recipt of submission of document.

                                  On November6, 2008 when I contract to the office they asked me to deposit Rs 1500/- in cash and a decleration on stamped paper that I have no L.P.G. connection at my home. I have done the same on the next day but they have not issued any money recipt to me.On request they said their is no provision of Indian oil to issue money recipt.

                                  I shall be highly obliged if you deliver me the following information.

                                  1.When I can get new connection after application.

                                  2.Documents need to be submitted.

                                  3.Amount to be borne to get a new connection.

                                  I'm a resident of Baguiati, Calcutta and I wished to take a new LPG connection. But the local Indane distributor stated that I need to buy the burner as well, with the cylinder connection. When I insisted that I wish to buy one of my own choice, from the market...he stated that it's the policy of Indane to issue new connection only when customer agrees to buy the burner as well.

                                  I'm not aware of any such policy of Indane. I'd be obliged if you could let me know about the same.

                                  Indane Domestic LPG — FALSE INFORMATION BY DEALER FOR BOOKING DONE ON 1/09/09

                                  It is with great disgust I wish to bring to the notice of the concerned authorities for an appropriate action that,I have booked for a domestic INDANE LPG cylinder (consumer no.16586) on 1st sept,09.
                                  Even till date of posting this complaint there is no satisfactory reply either from the dealer (M/s Natraja Enterprises, yelhanka new town ,bangalore) or the company as to when the same would be delivered.
                                  On top of this inconvenience, the dealer is misguiding saying that, the bill has been generated already and is with the delivery boy.On enquiring with the delivery boy, he is totally ignorant of the facts and has asked me to once again contact the dealer office..
                                  I earnestly request the concerned authrities to initiate an action on the said dealer/company for an early resolution of t6he complaint.

                                  Indane Domestic Lpg — Artificial creation of shortage

                                  Nilachal Gas Agency is the only LPG gas agency of Indane Gas in the district head quarter of Boudh. LPG are being sent to neighbouring places at a much higher rate for which shortage is created in the district head quarter. Gas is booked after 21 days from the date of one delivery and it is committed that gas will be avilable only after 7 days from the date of booking but in vain. Gas are not made available for months together. Domestic LPG are also sold to all the hotels/restaurants/fast food centres, which is illegal. Further, gas are also supplied by the dealer to the black marketers in the area.

                                  My father Sri Bimal Chandra Biswas, Resident of Akaipur, PS: Gopalnagar, 24 pgs(N). He is having Indane gas connection(1+1) sought through Tatkal Scheme in 1997. His consumer no is B10801 and SV no: 325523. Date of issuing: 06/11/1997. He is about 70 years old. Due to poor distribution at our localilty, he is collecting the filled cylinder personally from the agent's godown at gopalnagar. He is doing like this since last 2 years. Recently the Gas agentcy(Gopalnagar) telling him that he is having only single connection and his record is missing from the computer and asking for fresh application, documents and offcorse money for 2 cylinder connection.

                                  Sir, I am S.K.Biswas, working as Manager(Design) in BHEL-Bhopal. It is very difficult to tackle this type of situation by me from Bhopal and it also more difficult for my aged father to handle such harrasment.

                                  Kindly provide necessary help and action needed to protect such aged consumer.

                                    M/s. Vaishnavi gas agencies, Hosur - 635109, Krishnagiri dt, tamilnadu, on above agencies as per my seniority list for my new gas connection, the above agency is refusing to give or he is asking so many things like driving licence, LIC bond, House deed agreement, house rent receipt, ration card besides this he is pressurising me to procure from him the following items from him such as gas stove, fire extinguisher, hose with regulator total cost mounting up to around Rs.5650/- per single cylinder connection.
                                    I would like to know what is the exact things required by a customer to procure gas connection from Indane gas and how much cost to be incurred for a single cylinder connection, if the distributor is collecting morethan what is specified by the company is there any possibility to prosecute him legally

                                    At first the concerned person insist on buying Hot plate from him but when I refuse, now he says the receipt form yet not supplied by Indian Oil Corporation. The Concerned Ofiicer's address of Indian Oil Corporation has not been displayed in the agency who can be contacted in this matter.

                                      I am a consumer of Indane Gas under your Dealer M/s. Baghajatin Gas Services, 31 Baroda Avenue, Kol - 84 and my consumer no. is B 17745, dt. 23/2/2008. I have already applied for double-cylinder facility in Sept' 08 after 6 months from the date of getting my connection (As per the rule) and have been harassed for last 3 months continuously. My mother, aged 67 yrs. is following up the matter on my behalf, as it is not possible for me to personnally visit your dealer regularly bunking my office and she has been harassed constantly for last 3 months. Sometime she is being told to come after 15 days, sometime they says there is no official available to attend our case, sometime they says come after puja - diwali etc. What is going on?? How can your dealer harass a sr. citizen inhumanely while we are asking this in proper manner??? We are not asking for any out of turn advantage from them. Pls. look into the matter personally and help me to avail "Double Cylinder" facility at the earliest. Otherwise I will have no other options, but to put the matter before higher authority. Hope we will be treated properly this time.

                                      Indane Gas — Application for double cylinder from single cylinder

                                      Sir,

                                      Please let me know that how many days after a customer can transfer his connection into double cylinder from his existing cylinder connection. because I am in very trouble from my single cylinder connection and try to transform my connection into double cylinder.
                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I have booked for second cylinder and has got the release letter from my agency : KK INDANE ENTERPRISES Bangalore, dated 24/02/2011, My consumer no. 73153, Name : Rakesh, as I was out for a month at that time was not able to collect the cylinder and since then, the agency is buying time by saying that the INDIANE GAS has closed the release on any new cylinders and will call when its done. Every month they say next moth it will be released since JULY 2011.
                                      Kindly let us know is this true you have stopped the release of second cylinders for single clynder customers, also let us know when exactly we get it.
