I had ordered 12 best sellers book after getting a promotional call from India Book Club on 22/3/2009 Order No.[protected]. India Book Club dispatched books which instead of coming to me in Pune went to some address in New Delhi, this was informed to me. I lodged a complaint with India Book club regarding non-delivery of books no. 114878. Did follow up on 24/4/2009 with mr. Iftekhar, 14/5/2009 with Mr. Amit, 25/5/2009 with Mr.Rashid, 17/6/2009 with Sabarjit and Mr. Justin and lodged again a urgent Req. No. 134886, 29/6/2009 spoke to Mr. Amit & Asim Khan they informed me that I will be receiving my books in 15 days time. Again follow did on 28/7/2009 with Mr. Amit & Jitendra Thakur (JT is no longer with India Book club now), 24/8/2009 with Mukul, Ravi and Shakila, Shakila in fact is of a very senior ranking executive as I was told, 16/9/2009 with hemant, sushma, Justin they informed me that in 10 days time I will receive books. 7/10/2009 Ravi who informed me that books are dispatched and I will receive them in 20 days. 17/11/2009 Anush, Justin he said he will call me next day, which he never did. 7/12/2009 Anush, 5/1/2010 Mr. Kapil & Ravi, Compalint No. 293262, Asim Khan who is again a senior ranking person gave e Req. No. 293357 and said that he will be calling me in 2 days time to give confirmation. 11/1/2010 Ravindra told that the books will be dispatched by 20/1/2010, 25/1/2010 Ravindra Compalint No. 33305. 1/2/2010 Adil told me that books will be in my hand in 10 days.
Today is 30th march 2010 and I have still not received the books and India Book club has taken Rs. 2598/- from my credit card on 22/3/2009,. they are not delivering the books and also not refunding me. I would like to take action against them now Was this information helpful? |
