And to ur question for Bhartendu's reference to other company.. Can u tell me who will handle the reference check for any ex employee in your so called best company??? Is there any HR in place for handling employees grievances. or reference check...

I have heard this guy Bhartendu Sharma is taking interview of freshers too though his designation is General Manager. One can believe what kind of organisation this will be where only General manager is taking interview of freshers and he dont allow others to get involved in recruitment process ? I am listening lot of bad news for India Document Solutions Pvt Ltd due to this guy Bhartendu Sharma.

This is only branch of DSG. NO HR in INDIA. This is not ISO certified company and main things is that salary comes on 10th -15th of the month and all of you know, you have to pay everything before 7th.

This is not true at all. I have been working with this company for a year now and never had any bad experience. People here are very supportive and good. There are enough opportunities to grow. HR and Operations support is really good and so as Bhartendu Sharma's support in India. I have been working with this company and I would certainly be with it for a long time. I would suggest everyone not to believe in such postings and use your own judgement to take a decision.

My experience with DSG is really good! I am an experienced professional working here for the past 3 yrs. I never ever felt or saw any abuse. Employees receive good opportunities to grow and move into different groups of their interest. HR and Management support is always available whenever you need them. It does not make a different which location they sit. I think Sanjeev wrote his experience with the sour mind, where he could relate everything negatively. If he was a true professional and a good employee, instead of writing this here, he would have consulted the DSG HR and discussed the matters with them. Also if he had so much trouble from Bhartendu, why would he give Bhartendu’s reference to the companies he was interviewing with? That does not make sense. It looks like he has been sharing his experience just to badly advertise the company. I am not sure if he left the company on his own, it sounds like he was let go!

DSG is a well-known company in the US and in existence for the over 20 yrs. They started their office just 3yrs back in India. And they are doing pretty good. I love working for this company and I would certainly recommend candidates to take their own decision and not to believe in negative comments by someone who does not even work here!

If abc123$ & ZeMPG96 are right, Why they have not reveled their names & designation. This organization is one man show, He take all cream to his home ( i.e.GM) rest are abused.

As a customer I met Mr. Bhartendu Sharma, Not impressed, I think he is technically weak, He did not understand his business nor able to explain . He seems to be doing some illegal work. If DSG is American company, I doubt about their capabilities, if they are employing person like Bhartendu Sharma.

Worst worst ever or even worst!! I have been here past 3 years .. Bhartendu just like a jailer and now he don't know any thing about coding/ testing but pretend like he is mast of code. he never support to his employee and even whenever you did a minor mistake, he treat you that you did a blunder mistake.. your job is never safe here

Guys, be professional. Spend your time in working than pointing out mistakes of others. Who are we to judge other people? And why should we talk about abc doing xyz karma in 123 company? How does it matter to the world?

Hi friends,

Once I was employed with India Document Solutions Private limited. I worked there for about 2 months.
So I will give you guys brief about my experience about at this company.

I started my job as Quality Control Associate (Fresher), at very happy note,
all charged up and giving 100% to my job.

Within next 3 months I was promoted as Trial Developer, wow I was amazed.

Then after 1 more month began, Our General Manager, Mr. Bhartendu Sharma started abusing me
and my fellow Trial Developers, We tried to keep our cool and work harder for the company. we even worked for like 20 hours continuously to get the business going.

But No matter How good We Performed, abusing and torchering became more and more with time.
it was like 1 to 1.5 hours session continuous abusing.(BC. MC. etc)

Then finally one day I quit the company because i was not able tolerate more .

This was under the company policy as they did not required any notice period at that point of time.
After few months, I was selected in another company .

Mr. Bhartendu gave feedback to other company that I have stolen the things from office and destroyed the company property (Even though i had releaving letter signed by bhartendu).

I lost that job and other jobs offers wherever i tried ...

In the end after 1 year i again started as a fresher, and sucessfully selected @ HCLIndia

So that crust of the story is
1) DSG is a place, please do not go there and spoil your careers.
2) Bhartendu Sharma did everything he can to destroy me career, so he does with every one who leaves the company.
3) While i was working there was like 3 employees fired! for small mistake.
4) Bhartendu Sharma is a Person. God Will punish him for his Sin..

I almost lost my everything working there, and i advice you to not work there.

Before joining the dsg, I was in reputed indian mnc, in my very first day I found that everyone in the company was just looking like that they are not working as software professionals but like as labor, labor not in the sense of work pressure, but they all just afraid to see Bhartendu. There is no work to do only support is there nothing to learn even you will lose what you learn in your experience. Can you guys imagine that a GM of company is handling all the functional activity like HR, Admin, Finance and all other activities?. no HR is there no admin guys if you have any problem regarding anything then you only have a single contact that is Bhartendu. In my working period I faced following problems-
1. Every day you have to clean your desk by yourself.
2. If you want to go toilet then you have to think about because the condition of toilet is worst then the public bus stand toilet.
3. No transparency for employee like there is no portal for employee to manage their leave and all these things. No leave carry forward for next year, no encashment and recently they have revised their policy that if you will take immediate leave for more than 6 times then there will be no appraisal no bonus and if that number cross 10 then you will be given pink slip .
4. If you will stand with anyone in the office for any technical discussion then Bhartendu will take you for BC and MC by waiving his first finger.
5. Environment is very frustrating no professionalism.
And worst thing is that you can’t complaint about that because you can’t complaint to the person who managing these facilities i.e. Bhartendu.

Some guys are there they think that they are working in good company because, they are in comfortable zone and they don’t want to change the job. They are used to this environment.

Dsg is not the place to work not even to spend a single day.
From my first day I started to search for the job and finally I changed but I can’t describe the period which I spend in dsg because that was the worst time for me.

I will suggest that if you can handle this environment then you can join but believe me you will feel frustrating in a single day.

Tony there is still a time to realize what mistakes you have done, people whom you are torturing are humans..living beings..its not fun

I am an ex employee of the company. I never saw company building or had never heard of the company before joining. I had only one thing in mind that its a product based company so thought the company might be okay even the strength is very less. But on the day of joining I was horrified and literally was in a state of shock. There was no office boy, no reception no process. It was a small hut where some systems were in place and some people were working. That was the worst nightmare I had. even then i thought its okay may be process and kind of work they do should be good and that was my biggest mistake. The kind of work they do is horrible. The company is dependent on "1" product which I have heard they have stolen from a reputed company in early 2000. The product is based on ASP.NET 1.1 version which they keep on upgrading and fooling around customers. There are some 10 developers and over 100 testers. I would not go in detail about what testing they do but any one can imagine that. This was about the work.

Now taking about management -
I don't know where to start. Manag is worst in the so called company. I wrote here "SO CALLED" as i don't consider it as company. In india there is only one management as he is one man army. He whips and all slaves have to follow. There is one old master slave who again commands other slave but he is not from management. One HR sits in US. She is pleasing or try to please over phone when she calls new bakara to join "company". After that when you try to address issues she won't respond. Believe me guys I have tried. She won't reply for weeks even i[censored] keep running around her via mails (u have no options). Company CEO... god what should i tell u... there are employees who say that even in your worst u won't expect him to mail u.. because if there is a mail from him it seems that US has launched nuclear missiles in India and center point is India Document Solutions (Noida). Everyone is so frightened of him. I would not say about salary because may o[censored] will start crying. Oh biggest thing.. the medical policy - Guys believe me I had no insurance for first 6-7 months of my joining :). Plus they say they have 3lacs covered for all employees, but we had an incident where one had to claim for insurance. We learned that it not flat 3 lacs. It was based on category of treatment. Say for accident where u need 35k u were covered only for 10k or 15k rest u have to pay from u hefty bank balance which u have accumulated by working in DSG ;)

Now Office condition-
I would say public paid toilets are better than that. U would ask i[censored] had cafeteria, to that my reply would be are u kidding. That a common room near toilets were we used to spend lonely time and think "WHEN WILL I LEAVE THIS [censored] COMPANY ;)".. Don't laugh at me guys for I am saving your life..

PS - I don't say that company is bad as they pay u without a variable component. Now u guys decide if that a good company or a worst nightmare.

Also before closing this u should know what management says.. They compare themselves with biggies like Infy, Accenture, TCS. Also they say that guys coming from these company have lots of expectation which they cannot meet. I say "If you cannot meet the basic expectation then who is that foolish in the company who said to hire those guys and spoil their careers."

I know the one who has given the positive comments in the above thread. He/She is either HR in US or the master slave in India.

Oh!! So for u DSG is good company and good work environment? Its because you are made for that.. I agree resources are hired from US but tell me name of 1 person who has went to onsite since the company started expect the GM.

And for your kind information the one writing this comment IS NOT A FRESHER... Accha tell me one thing do u guys have gratuity and PF policy in your company...
