India Post — Post office delay in delivery of letters in Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai

Dear Sir I stay in New Mumbai, Koperkhairane ( pin code 400709). From last 6-7 months, it has been observed that the post office of Koperkhairane has been not delivering letters on time. There is a delay of minimum 20-25 days, after the despatch of the sender. I have observed the trend and i think they make only once in a month visit to particular sector and then deliver whatever letters have been accumulated. This is really not accepatble, as all the telephone, electricity bills are received after the due dates have gone and we have to pay the fine for no mistake of ours. I have to get an important letter from Guntakal(Anantapur dist.) It was posted on 12-03-08, speed post no. EN[protected] IN. Its been now ten days. it has toreach Hyderabad.

I fully agree with Mr. Prashant Patil. There is absolute delay in receiving the letters at 400709. He has written it 2 months back but it seems no action has been taken by postal department. In the view of these complaints, there is no alternative but to take the complaint to GPO Mumbai & ministry of communication & transport for this neglect of duty by the staff in Koperkhairne.

On 08.02.2012 (Wednesday) one Speed Post letter was sent to me from Kolkata (Kharda Post Office) to my residential address Koperkhatrane in the name of Ranjit Basu Sarbadhikari Flat No. 202 Tanwar Mansion CHS
Plot No 32 Sector-17 Navi Mumbai - 400709 . Now fourdays have passed the letter not yet delivered to me though I am available at home.
I would request you pl do the needful. As the letter was so important I have to suffer.

Hello Sir,

Same case happened with me, my family members has sent so many letters including raksha bandhan rakhis as well 1 months before but still I haven't received that.

If it was happened once then I could ignore, but this is happening everytime.

Please take immediate Action on it.
