[Resolved] India Post — Lost Speed Post Article

I sent a article containing documents worth Rs. 43, 787/- through Speed Post service of India Post on 7th July'2008 from Tezpur Head Post Office (PIN- 784001). The article was supposed to be delivered within 100hours but the article is still not delivered on 7thJuly'2008 and the staffs say that my article is lost. They even refuse to refund me my losses. India Post/ Speed Post — Lost of Speed post

This is in regard to the speed post posted on 23-Feb-2010 from Allahabad With Doc No-1378 and Speed post Number STUE[protected]IN. This speed post contains very important documents, my Engineering Degree posted by Our College from Allahabad. I am yet to receive the the same to my communication address. I sincerely request you to look into the matter, and track the lost speed post please.
