INDIA POST — Delay in Receiving of the post

Dear Sir,


I would like to inform you that i availed the education loan from the S.B.I. bank ARARIA and it was sent to Noida from Araria Post Office through Indian Speed post . The date of dispatch was 5/1/2011 . But even after 6 days it has just reached Bhagalpur National Speed PostCentre . Even after my several calls, none of the officer at the post office gave me the reason of delay. As a matter of fact Bhagalpur is hardly 200 kilometers far from Araria.
The article no. of speed post is EF[protected]IN. Due to delay in submittal of fees I am in danger of getting Debarred for my End semester Exam.. Which is really going to cost me heavily.

So, I am here to request you that please look after the matter as soon as possible.

The 20,000/- Cheque sent by LIC branch -Raisingnagar, (Bikaner) Rajasthan bearing Registered letter No RL4547 dated 8 Feb 2010 to my address i.e.

In case there is delay on the part of Post office in transfer of RD account from PO to other within Delhi, who is responsible for payment of default fee in respect o[censored]npaid monthly instalment/subscription. Surely PO itself. How one can claim it, please advice.

I am also facing similar problem in Kolkata. I opned a MIS Account with Rash Behari Avenue Post Office, Kolkata 700029 and opted for payment of interest through ECS to My Bank account at Allahabad Bank, Patuli Branch.Interest for July, 2010 was rightly paid on 29th July, 2010 throgh ECS and credited to my Bank Account. But interest for August, 2010 was not credited to my Bank Account . I met the post master of the concerned branch, she did not care and said that I need to meet Post Master of Alipore H.O. with Bank statement duly certified by Bank Manager for non payment.I met the Dy.Post Master of Alipore H.O. in December with all papers but he could not understand the issue rather he was unaware of ECS system.I complained to Cheif Post Master General West Bengal Circle giving all details including supporting documents but I received a reply that I should write to Post Master of Alipore H.O.
I am surprised how a small issue of nonpayment of interest of MIS could not be resolved in eight months time. Till date I have not received the interest of August 2010 . I am a retired person and depend on monthly interest from my savings.
How postal department is so negligent and harassing all such retired people who deposited their hard earned money in post office.
I now like to write openly in media so that it gets attraction of the affairs of the country's biggest department functioning.

Postal Department — Not Delivered Letter on Proper date

I would like to draw your attention regarding the problem which arises due to Negligence of postal department. I hope your department fully helps me to sort out problem which I am going to descried below. I Raghubir Singh applied for post Sub-Inspector in Central Police Organization vie SSC on[protected]. After Applying I got written Test Letter for This test and I had given this test on[protected]. SSC department Declare Result of this test on[protected] and I was Qualified For further PET And Medical Test Which was on Date[protected].SSC Department sent Call letter to me on[protected] on my Address. But Due to Postal Department Negligence they didn’t delivered this letter to me at proper date. They Delivered letter to me After Test Date on[protected] and I disabled to Attend this PET and Medical Test. I was fully prepared for this test but due to Postal Department negligence I dragged this opportunity. They dragged this golden opportunity from me and I want to take action against postal department. Please Help me and compensate me. I shall very Thankful to You. I am looking forward for favorable reply.

ON 31/08/2010 I WENT TO POST OFFICE (AT S O AJITSINGH NAGAR - VIJAYAWADA) AND ASK ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY IDENTITY CARD, THE POSTMASTER TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE SIX MONTHS TO GET IDENTITY CARD BECAUSE THE POSTAL DEPARTMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE, AS THE DEPARTMENT GIVEN THIS SECTION TO PRIVATE COMPANY. I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT STEP WE CAN TAKE TO GET POSTAL IDENTITY CARD.

Postal Department — NON TRANSFERRING OF NSC

Dear Sirs,

I had submitted application for transfer of NSC No. 42EE 232951 & 42EE 232952 (Date of Issue 01.09.04 ) to Dy Post Master (HSG-II), Tikamgarh M.P. 472001 through Dy Post Master Torwa, Bilaspur C. G. 495004 on 23rd June, 2010. Now when I had approached for redemption of NSC on maturity to Dy Post Master Torwa, Bilaspur C. G. 495004 , She refuse to pay on the ground that the NSC were not transferred.
However, I have already given reminder on 21st August 2010 for early action but no repose received till date. I have also contacted over telephone to Post Master, Tikamgarh two times on phone no.[protected] and asked him to give despatch details but he is ignoring and not responding properly.

I am frustrated with the non-cooperation from the postal department. Therefore it is requested to take early action please as I have required maturity amount for some urgent work.

Postal Department — Non delivery of Products

I ordered a product from Telebrands which was dispatched from Mumbai on 19th and today is 29th... i had tried reaching the local postal offices but no responce.

My Product was sent from Thane and should ideally reach Selaiyur P O. chennai under the consignment number R0006986 and delivered to me. But the PO is Clueless and Telebrands is sure that the product must have got delivered.

MOF[DEA] letter No F3/67/88-NS dated 25.4.1989. Please intimate whether the rules contained in the letter dt 25.4.1989 is also applicable to the depostits under PPF in any POs by Karta of HUF, HUF [ Big] and HUF [Small] of same HUF. A copy the letter is requested. A Karta of an HUF had opened during 1995 three PPF accounts as Karta of HUF, HUF [ Big] and HUF [ small]. Is it correct ,

Postal Department — Showing premium paid as non credits

Dear Sir,

I'm kishore having a Postal lofe insurance from 2006 taken in Gujarat. I'm paying premium in Vadodara till Jan2011. Now i had shifted from Gujarat to bangalore and asked Postal dept shift my credential to karnataka Circle. They have done that indicating some non credits and some are missed at all in ledger. Actually i had missed my passbook and premium receipts while shifting to Bangalore. hence, i'm dependent on Postal dept for all the premium i have paid. PLI, Gujarat circle is asking me any xerox if i have. But since i missed it i cannot show any xerox. But with help of my previous company colleague in vadodara i got the xerox of premuim receipts which i had submitted to the company for IT purpose. Same i have shown here in karnataka circle and they agreed the same and updated my account. Now again gujarat circle is coming with some more non credits whic have already paid. Really i'm struggling to get the xerox due to busy schedule of my colleague and myself. It will be good if postal department do the proper work. Please advise what i have to do now.

Postal Department — regarding lost KVP

I have filed the case against postal department in disrtict consumer forum MUNGER in 2008 but neither the opposite party appeared at the forun nor filed affidavit in the court till now .But strange lawer without permission always comes to the court and says that i am the lawer of department but he could't produced the record that he was authorized by the opposite party to see the case such action of that lawer is repeatedly continued and the duration of hearing the case is going to be prolonged .Whether there is a law to see the case without the permission or affidivit filed by the opposite party ?If there is no opposite party can he will filed the affidavit and authorized the strange lawer to see the case of the opposite party against whom the case has been filed please also guide me what is the limitation of duration within which the judgement will disposed of.

I have changed my residence on[protected]. To carry out change of address in Banks, i wanted to apply for Post Office Id card as an address proof. When contacted Head Post Office, Salem (Speed Post Centre and CC Department), i got to know there are no application forms in stock and the same has to be downloaded from the Internet. Asked about the website address, i was asked to contact browsing centres. I got the printout of application form website http://www.tamilnadupost.nic.in/psvc/adproof.htm. When the filled in application was submitted, i got to know that this is of the old format and the new format is available as in http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Pdf%5CPO_ID_Cards_Application_Form.pdf and two copies should be submitted. Also informed, Post Office has discontinued issuing Address Proof and they only issue Id Proof. Also a separate document for proof of Address (like one given by VAO) should be attached. Also they say i cannot apply within 1 week. Hence I would like you to clarify following points:1. Whether the format of application form with a download link in this website http://www.tamilnadupost.nic.in/psvc/adproof.htm is valid or outdated?2. What is the minimum period one should reside in a current address to become eligible for applying Post Office Id Card?3. Should any other document be provided for address proof ? ( Being a tenant, i have provided the Full postal address of the House Owner with the mobile phone for verification, is it not enough?).

India Post — Non Receipt of parcel.

I posted through speed post, with reference number eu[protected]in to Ghaziabad (muradnagar s.o) pin 201206. When checked online, it is showing dispatched weeks ago but it is not delivered yet. When I called post office, they just ignored.

I send speed letter from Moti Dungri post office, Alwar(Rajasthan) PIN 301002 to Post office Karmatand PIN 828307, Distt. Bokaro(Jharkhand) on 02.02.2011. My speed post memo No. SP ER[protected]IN. 10 days spend but the speed post letter has not reach destination point. I am very disappointment. Please look into the matter & appropriate action taken in this regard.
