Sir/Madam, I am sorry to inform you that a packet containing some documents was posted by my daughter & son-in -law residing at PHILADELPHIA, U.S.A. from the post office there to my below-mentioned address on 29th. APril, 2008 vide no.LC[protected], transaction no.470, approval no.455041 which was confirmed to be despatched from there on the date i.e. 29th. April, 2008 itself has not reached me as yet;though their postal expense was to the tune of 11 dollars. My repeated enquiry for the packet has yielded no result & they have expressed their inability & helpnessness to extend me any help. In view of above, i would request you to please look into it & sort out the problem so that your customers are not harrassed unnecessarily for pilferage/negligence of a blacksheep of your department. dear sir,

This is complaint from my uncle (col C.P Pandey retired) who is senior citizen. He has purchased NSC of amt 10, 000, from arun vihar, noida post office. the NSC is lost. Now, after doing all the formalities 2 months are goine and we are still to get the duplicate certificate and money.

i[censored] respond i can provide the nsc no. Kindly look into this asap.. Sir beleive me that yr staff is so rude and demands bribe at every step..

Myself SUBHASIS BHATTACHARJEE son of Late SRI ASHUTOSH BHATTACHARJEE my father had a MIS PASSBOOK at HALTU P.O. Under Head P.O. Tollygaunge the probelem was the AC has no nominee. After my father death as a only child I compleeted all formalities on 2/06/07( case no MIS/MISC/CLAIM-/16/6/07-08.) .After it is about 3 years I'V lost all my hope to recover the mony which is about 48000/- .
