[Resolved]  India Times Shopping — no delivery and no refund

We purchased an llyod 5 star AC from India Times Shopping on 30 April 2013 with payment option from credit card and the co taken payment from My credit card and shown that the product is dispatched but I am shocked to know that actually the product was not dispatched and we are cheated by the India times shopping.com as the vendor who was supposed to dispatch the ordered product called us and inform that they don't have the product we ordered for and offered an inferior quality product which we refused to take and lodged a complain of non delivery and process the cancellation of our order on advise of vendor .Once we were contacted by Mr Deepesh Mathur from India Times as case manager who misbehaved and refused to help.Science than we contacted the company many times but they have not done any thing.The call center attendant always promise of a call back but no result. We want refund of our money along with appropriate compensation for wrong doing of co and act of fraud.

India Times — No Delivery

I ordered a product on the 14th of August, the payment has already gone through but I have not received a delivery yet, customer service keep telling me 3 more days.

India Times Shopping — Received faulty Celestial Homez 3-Piece Lunch Box CHO1

I received item on date 06 Feb 2013.but the delivery date was 05 Feb 2013.

India times services is

1.one day delay.

2. received faulty item.

3. raised complaint after receiving faulty item.

4 now till today no response from any one.
