Dear Sir,This is with reference to my order no:HIFN[protected] with IndaiFloristNetwork.com. I would like to complian that the gift was not delivered as per my choice and Price which I have orderd from the website ( www.IndaiFloristNetwork.com)
I have ordered for 6 designed Diyas ( as per the website) for a price of Rs 125/- and the delivered Diyas was ordinary one and broken whose cost will be not less than Rs 5. Also, the delivered Medium Assorted Cadburys Celebration Pack was not the same as per you website info.The MRP price of the box was Rs 125 /- whereas I have paid Rs 530 /- for the selected item.
I would like to strongly comment that it is truely un-professional and fraud case where the product is not delivered as per the ordered request. The company can't charge a product more than four times of product MRP cost . This is total against the consumer interest. Indiafloristnetwork is misusing the technology for their interest where consumer is unable to have look and feel of the products. With this ongoing approach customer will lose the interest and confidence on online transactions.
I request you to take necessary actions and I should get the required compensation for that.
