[Resolved]  Indian Flower Plaza — Cake not delivered at all

flowers and cake — not received

dear sir,

My son who is resident of West Lafettee, Indiana State has ordered me a cake and flowers to be delviered on 31st night. Order No.5103522

Some courier person called me on 1st after noon when I was in office and enquired about my residential address. (my husband also not in house) He said that u got one cake and flowers and they are bringing them to myk house. I told them not to come now because nobody is in my house at that time kindly come after 6 in the evening on the same date.

But to our surprise my son has received mail that the flowers and cake were delivered to the given address.

I am sorry to say that no body has turn up in the evening evening we waited for 3 to 4 hours and called them also. But we have got no reply from them.

We were lot of confidence on rediff shopping. If these events are heppen people loose their faith.
Kindly look into the matter and refund the money paid by my son at an early date.

Indian Flower Plaza — Pathetic service

We had placed an order for the delivery of a bouquet yesterday afternoon, i.e. on 9th Maywith Indian Flower Plaza online services. When contacted with the customer care executive today, i.e. on 10th May, the person told that it'll be delivered by 9.00 pm. Again when contacted on the same day at 8.00 pm, the customer care executive told in a very rude manner that the order has been cancelled and the bouquet can't be delivered, and the confirmation mail for the same has been sent. But we didn't recieve any such mail from their end, and when we tried to contact on the same no., the lady never bothered to pick up the call and told once and for all that she's not our servant.
Its clear that these people are cheating with the customers by taking their card details and not delivering the orders and not even being bothered to inform the customers about the same.
We again wrote a mail to the owner today, i.e. 11th May at 7.45 pm that the bouquet hasn't been delivered and neither do we want it anymore, for which the reply came that the order has already been delivered.The bouquet finally got delivered today, i.e. 11th May at 9.20 pm, which was supposed to be delivered in the morning or latest by afternoon. We want a proper justification for the same by the service provider.
Hope you'll take some proper action for the same.

Indian Flower Plaza — Online flowers not delivered

I have ordered Flowers and chocolates through www.indiaflowerplaza.com'. On their website we have mentioned that all veleintine deliveries will be made same day. But the have not delivered till this time.

Hence, because of this i have to go through the mental trouma as i was unable to express love to my love ones. Now as the day has gone. I want my money back with the panlety of INR 8000 for the trouble caused and emonitions which got hurt.

They will not make delivery and even dont inform you. And spoil the day of your loved ones. So be careful and never order from them.
