Do not worry Mr. Abraham. Indian Institute of Alternative Medicines uses the services offered by the Govt. of India to ship all parcels. At times their parcels take a longer time than usual, though no fault of theirs as you may see from the tracking number provided by them which is an indicator of the shipment sent from their end. It is some fault at the end of the Govt. due to which such delay is being faced.
You can contact them and request for an extension in the amount of time for submission of your exams due to such delay. They would understand and grant you an extension.
I too faced a similar problem when their parcel was being sent to me here in the States. But when i asked for an explanation from the Postal Service at my end, they informed me of a delay at the end of the Indian Govt. So the Indian Institute is not at fault towards it.
