Indian Post — Non Delivery of Important Document

Jharkhand Public Service Commission had posted my certificate for qualifying SET examination through speed post but I havnt recieved any and on contacting the Commission they say that it is the concern of the postal departmnet and certificate could be reissued only after the confirmation that it had been not delivered earlier. My post office name is Nadasuli under Satbankura pin code - 721253 in dist - Paschim Medinipur WB.
Post Card, Inland Letter, General official letter have not delivered from this post office.Post Master not
take care about this problem.Please do needful.
