I S Madharasan Samuel, I applied PAN Card to Income Tax Department. I got approved PAN application and get the PAN card number also, I received message from TA_UTITSL (Income Tax Department), my PAN Card as been dispatched on 05/03/2009 for our address, till now I never received the PAN Card. The Speed post Consignment number is ET[protected]IN. Please take necessary action for this mail. Dispatched the post as soon as possible.
