[Resolved] Indian Post Service — missing goods

Dear Sir, I had sent a registered parcel containing Dress material & cosmetic items on Dt. 07/06/2008 and the receipt No. - RP R 561 through India Post. But whenever it was reached to my destination address given in the parcel we got that there was some missing of goods. Destination Address: - Rabinarayan Ojha At: - Balichandrapur, PO - Barikul, Dist - Jajpur, Orissa - 755014 Source Address: - Sarangadhar Ojha Jaisu Shipping Co. Pvt. Ltd. Kewalramani House, Dinshaw Bldg. Road, New Kandla - 370210 Gujarat. Weight: - 2813gm. Parcel Delivery Charges: - Rs. 116/= Deliver Through: - India Postal Service (Gandhidham - 370 201) Please advise me what to do further action to get back my missing goods. DEAR SIR,

I AM VERY SORRY TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT YOUR OFFICER AT SURAT, SVR COLLEGE BRNCH HAS SAID BAD WORDS TO MY FATHER WHO IS 77 YEARS OLD, ON HIS ENQUIRING ABOUT THE DELAY IN THE POST.

I WANT TO LODGE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THE PERSON WHO TALKED IN SUCH MANNER WITH A SENIOR CITIZEN.
