sir,i m sunil kumar singh from ghazipur U.P. ..i baught a Indigo CS car from Brijlex motors varanasi..UP 61K 6746...i don't want to take reliance insurrance but they force me for reliance insurrance...
after purchase of 3 month my car was accedent..at 12th sept.
i have deposited my car as instruction of reliance customer care at varanasi auto varanasi.at 17th sept..after 15 days i call varanasi auto to know status of my car...then they call me that we can't repair your car because reliance serviour din't give us any information about your claim...i[censored] want to repair your car urgently.... then deposite 30000 rs ..then i deposited 30000....at 25th nov varanasi auto called me to collect my car...i called sarviour to make finial estimate..then he told me that we will give u only 185000 rupees..67000 rupees u have to pay...
sir my car indigo cs of rupees 465000 only...and they are depositing 67000 from me..
then i went varanasi(100 km from my city) to collect my car after depositing remaining 37000 rs at 26th nov.....but after 3 hours serviour asked me for "SUVIDHA SHULK" of 10000rs..when i told him that i m not able to give this "SUVIDHA SHULK"......then he told me that we can't give your car because your driver's D.L. made from mumbai..that's way we have to verfie that D.L.....
i told that what are u doing 2 mont????and what time will you take to verifie that DL...he answered me that i don't know...then i call customer care they also tlod this type of answer that we don't know....sir help me ...i want to take action about this...

Indigo CS — Free Servicing - Not at all Free
Hi,I have purchased Tata Indigo CS Vehicle # MH14 BK -6054, a year back from B.U.Bhandari, Pune.
I was provided with 3 free service coupon.
I have given my vehicle for second free service at B.U.Bhandari, Wakad Pune and provided teh list of complaints many of which are problems in make of vehicle.My vehicle usage is quite low and vehicle has just run 5000 KMs in 1 year.
I have received a call from above service centre for details of charges and i was shocked at the charges revealed by above service centre.
The service Manger was telling me even if he touched a vehicle and washed it, it would cost me INR 500, if he change the oil, it would cost me INR 2000+ .
Given the fact, the complaints, I have told were problems of factory make, It should be free of cost or nominal charges when vehicle is already under warranty and 3 services are free of cost.
I request you to look into the matter ASAP and stop thus unreasonable charges from your loyal customer.
