This is to inform you that I have purchased my car on 30.11.2009, Indigo CSGLS. In this small period I am facing again and again same problems as per computerized checking. My Chassis No is MAT6016319WE19869 & Vehicle Regi. No. is DL10C0720.
My first date of servicing was on[protected] and, the problem was same again that “engine heated in small drive and automatically closed” and after two days the computer was showing same problem again and repaired.
On 30th of this December I went for servicing again and find the same problem . My complaint Number is I-[protected].Then, today I am sending my vehicle in authorized service center of TATA Motors as per given instruction by supervisior.
So, that kindly keep attention on my this problem that it may not occur as vast default in future.

Indigo CS GLS — POOR SERVICE
SIR,THIS YEAR I'V DONE A BIG MISTAKE BY CHOOSING A CAR FROM RF MOTORS ERNAKULAM( THODUPUZHA), KERALA ON MARCH 15, 2008. THEY DELIVERED MY CAR 1 MONTH BACK IN SUCH A CONDITION THAT EVEN YOU WON'T SAY THAT THE CAR A NEW ONE. SEATS OF THE CAR, INTERIOR ETC ARE FULL OF MUD, OIL ETC. WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY PROMISED ME TO CLEAR IT BUT STILL NOT DONE. APART FROM THAT I'V TAKEN EXTRAFITTINGS LIKE POWER WINDOW, CENTRAL LOCK AND BLAUPUNK MP3 PLAYER ALL ARE SHOWING COMPLAINT ONE AFTER ANOTHER AND THEY ARE NOT PAYING PROPER ATTENTION TO THIS. I'M TIRED THESE PROBLEMS AND ALL. PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLUTION TO THIS SOON. HOW COULD YOU IMAGINE A CAR WHICH IS JUST 1 MONTH OLD IS SHOWING COMPLAINTS ONE AFTER ANOTHER THOUGH THEY ARE EXTRAFITTED?
