I am very sorry to say that the service provided by M/s TATA motors service center can be so poor. I had a very good reputation about the company but how they can authorise some of irresponsible deals for servicing of their products.
Please let me tell you the complain about the car- I have done my car servicing two/three months back. But one fine morning when I started my car - I have notice check engine indication & battery indication was ON inspite engine was running mode. I immediately stopped the engine. When i remove bounnet, i have got burning smell from the car.
Last seven day i have been assured by concern officers of the service station that he will send person for checking as well as rectification but till that all my efforts were in vein.
Your service center personnel doesnot bother give return call about his difficulties.
