It s true man. It is the worst service centre for the company maruthi. Surprisingly the maruthi company also wont take any action against them and the are publishing reports of "customer satisfaction"
these stupids are parasites sticking to maruthi another below average company. The quality of materials used in maruthi vehicles are of very very poor quality

I honestly feel that your condition is still better. I am sure you have not undergone the kind of insulting and harassment that I got from Indus. They literally tortured me and I felt embarrassed with their indecent and irresponsible attitude. I strongly recommend that their staff should be trained on various topics like 'Customer-friendly-attitude', 'Customer-care' etc. Just because we are living in a civilized society (?) I am unable to express my experience with Indus Motors in words but I can narrate it as nightmare that I could not tolerate.
I really don't know how to put some sense into their head!

indus motors kollam — Bad service
I had done my service vehicle maruthy 800 in indus motors kollam branch one month later their service and hospitality are very poor. I never seen such an iresponsable persons in this field. the way they are treated us too bad. I own an Esteem and normaly is used to service with Popular, but at Cochin they have centre at Elamakara, which is qiute far to deal with. so i switched over to Indus at Thevara, which is just 5 min from my home. I was qiute happy with Indus Thevara and I am very regular with my service, the Line manager who deals with was Mr Eapen, an down to earth guy, with good behaviour and responsible.even though my home town is Kollam, I had to change my bumper front and paint my fender, really i didnt had much time to be behind that b, coz my marriage was just 2 days after that, when i got my car after service, i knew the work was done eithier by an trainee guy, or th quality of stuf[censored]sed was poor. but i couldnt spend much time on it, later on Indus thevara had repainted the fender for me when i approached for my regular service, but now i doubt Kollam Indus had changed my Bumper with a fresh one or they had refurbhished the old one, right now i am away from country, once i am back i need to confirm this, thanks buddy for the informatiom.

Not only Kollam Indus, Indus in kayamkulam also does the same thing . I bought one omni from Kayamkulanm Indus . my new vehicles got break down three times within six months. Each repair they replaced some parts and charged me . when i am writing this my van is in workshop. they told me the starter has to be replaed . this is the sixth day and they didnt repaired it yet. when i call them i get irresponsible answers . now i realise its my fault made a dealing with them
Ha ha ha. It is true man. This is the worst company in kollam. I have stopped dealing with this company. They have severely damaged my vehicle and peace of mind.
Hey, Indus motors kayamkulam- another one.
Do you know, they charged me full for an underbody coat(anti rust paint) and they just applied 1 single coat of ordinary black paint. I realized this 3 years later, when i water serviced my vehicle. The person demonstrated me how easily the paint can be flaked off.
The antirust paint ios a rubber based compound, which looks very thick and is adhering firmly to the car. I realized it when i reapplied it from popular.
I didnt go for a fight, because dealing with these frauds creates Big head ache and mental agony for me.

But believe me, there is of no use complaining this to Maruti Suzuki. They will direct us to an area manager (f_ _ _) sameer, They are all part of this dirty caucus. He wont help us. I have tried this.
The only thing to be tried is to go to Consumer court. But we may not have time to appear on the court, as the court will postpone and postpone the case.
These companies have their own advocates and they know how to deal with these cases. I enquired with some advocates and they say that they will try to postpone the case as long as possible so that we are fed up with it.
So it is better to leave them on theirown dirty world and mind our own business.

I have been using Maruti cars for more than 20 years. Recently, I made a decision to purchase Ritz Vxi after test driving all cars of its class in India.
Congrats to your engineers for creating this marvel. Driving this car is quite an experience!
But, my joy in purchasing this wonderful car was lost after the treatment meted out by the dealers, Indus Motors Co Pvt Ltd, Kollam.
I had to exchange my WagonR Lx for purchasing the new vehicle.
On 30/12/2010 the dealers quoted an exchange value of Rs 1, 55, 000 for my WagonR (including exchange bonus of Rs 10, 000). They offered a cash discount of Rs 10, 000 for Ritz Vxi and a discount of Rs 4, 500 for corporate employees if the deal was done before 02/01/2011. On 31/12/2010, I handed over my WagonR and a Demand Draft of Rs 5, 52, 204 to them (no receipts were given for these).
The Ritz was delivered promptly (though they forgot to fix the cigarette lighter), but they have not yet given the following till now:
1. Exchange value for my WagonR
2. Cash discount of Rs 10000
3. Discount for corporate employees of Rs 4500
4. Life Tax Token
5. Extended Warranty Certificate
6. Receipt for Demand Draft of Rs 5, 52, 204
My WagonR had a loan at the institution where I am working (State Bank of Travancore). I closed the loan on 30/12/2010. The dealers had told me that, of the exchange value of Rs1, 55, 000, I would be paid Rs1, 45, 000 on handing over my vehicle and the balance Rs10, 000 would be paid after necessary formalities of lifting the hypothecation are completed. They told me that all necessary formalities for lifting the hypothecation would be taken care of by them.
I have complained to the head quarters of Indus Motors but in vain. When I told them that if the matter is not settled at their level, I would have to escalate my complaint to Maruti Suzuki, the person handling complaints at Indus Motors cheerfully gave me the go-ahead ( as though complaining to Maruti will have no effect at all). I would never have sold my WagonR to Maruti True Value if I had to wait for more than a week for the money!
All this has happened when I am working in State Bank of Travancore. It is really unfortunate that such a delinquent company as Indus Motors is one of our channel partners! I would think twice before directing our customers to Indus Motors.
Never deal with Indus Motors!
