Complete rip off firm.

Similar tale, money lost, no answer. I eventually got a snivelling email excuse for inability to honour commitments:

Dear Sir/Madam,



Please be assured that no one here has any intention of ripping anybody off. The fact is that I have been in business for 8 years and what started out as a ‘bedroom business’ has now grown into a very successful one. As a result, I am now in the process of transition so that I can cope with all of the demands placed upon me all day every day. This means premises, staff etc. At the moment its just me and my wife (we also have twins who are 2 years old) so I hope you can appreciate that its very tough going right now.



If you can please email me the problem I promise to look into it for you.

Inest is a duff firm, ripping people off. Inest will not refund your money. Inest will not answer your phone calls. Inest will not answer your emails and if they do, it will be to string you along more. Numerous reviews of inest on the internet are invariably negative. Do not trust the firm Inest or it's owner.

I agree with all the comments in the above letter. I get the impression i am being ripped off also.

This company is just as the last person says, they are a rip off company. Don't deal with these people or you will not get your money back!
I bought a a Free View Unit from them, and it was faulty. I sent it back to them for a refund. And after numerous e-mails, and tried to phone but no reply. I have now put it in the hands of the Visa Card people.

Complete rip of company, in order to take claim up with credit card company my husband had to return item - as it was large he took to the address - young woman opened the door to a flat and took goods - still no credit on card DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM no telephone numbers work
