INFOINNOVATE SOFTECH PVT LTD, NOIDA is a software company in Noida.It came to our college for campus selection & 14 students got selected.At that time they told that Rs10,000/- will be taken for training purpose & they would be providing us a stipend of 5,000/- pm(in training) and after that our salary package will be 2 lacs(per annum). We joined the company on 15th june 2010, as mentioned in our offer letter. But there was no proper facilities for providing training to the candidates, so they delayed our training for 7 days. when we went there after 7 days, the problem remains the same, so they took 14 more days. Atlast our training stated , but faculty was not proper, they changed 3 faculties in a period of 7 days(3 working days and 4 holidays). This training continued for 2 months +. The promised stipend was not given to any candidate, when we all went to the MD Anita singh for the stipend she said it will take 10 more days. We waited for 10 days and again when we went to her the answer was the same. when we protested against her she called up the police and requested for our arrest. She told policeman that we are harrasing her. She also took some legal action against our co-employee SANJAY SINGH. We then went for an solution then she said, " U cant do anything to me, whether legally or illegally, because we have changed our company name to INFOINNOVATE SOFTECH PVT LTD (earlier INFOINNOVATE SOFTWARE COMPANY), and our earlier company was not registered through which we have selected you, all our helpline and contact numbers have been changed, n it was earlier in partnership and now it totally owned by me an Mr. Sumit Charak." Nobody got any kind of stipend nor salary, other employees are also not getting proper salary. please help me in taking my money back.
