[Resolved] Infosys — Tikona Digital Networks Internet Connection and speed

Tikona Digital Networks Pune is the worst ISP ever to be launched in INDIA. The promise they provide are totally crap. I bought a connection with a speed of 599 Kbps, The speed given by the connection is not even 0.08 KBPS The USP of the ISP is there worst part. No Cables in the home, total crap. I have paid 500 RS as installation charges. Have not even once used the net service properly. The customer care is most pathetic. even i am facing the very same problem from a company named in2net in indore. Im extremely frustrated. And ive really really wasted a lot of my valuable time in this which has resulted in major academic loss. Even I wanna sue this people . Can anybody help here ?
