Hi My name is Sourabh Garg, emp ID 935661, I worked in Infosys BPO at Jaipur from 26 nov 2009 to 31 march 2011.i have submitted my PF application form on 22/09/2014 via speed post, but till now while checking on http://www.epfindia.com/ it is showing as No Record Found, i.e my form has not been submitted to EPF department. Hello, I have placed an order ' #[protected]' on 21 Oct 2014, I have supposed to receive this on 28 Oct 2014, Called on 29th Oct, I was asked to wait for 2 days, new date promised was 01/Nov/2014 Called on 01 Nov, I was been ask to wait till 03rd Nov Called on 03rd Nov, I was been told to wait for 2 more date, Till 06th Nov and also CSR person suggested for alternate way, Place a separate request for the same micro max canvas product and choose a one day delivery, pay the extra amount initially for the new order and all the additional amount plus the previous order will be refunded back in 5 working days, I agreed in spite of not willing, He canceled the order ending #161 for refund, now once I booked a new order, system responded declined back the new order. Now my 2 orders are cancelled and if call to the customer care they are telling, sorry sir we cannot do anything, all we can do is refund the existing product. Is this a way you deal with your customer..

Infosys is not paying salary as per the offer letter. Due this most of the employees and I have to resign within 6 months. We escalated this issue to the Operations management and the HR department but they did not pay any attention and gave us false promises. I have the offer letter and the salary slips as a proof. After resignation, I tried to contact Infosys but they are not ready to credit the money.

INFOSYS HR is not socially conscious and is ignoring the application which they receive. I am ex employee of Infosys and want to rejoin infosys under GREEN CHANNEL Scheme. I have send my resume to Infosys so many times but they are keeping mum and do not respond. I even wrote a mail to Mrs Sudha Murthy for which I got a prompt reply and was again directed to HR of Infosys and a mum followed. So the conclusion is Infosys may be having brilliant and talented people but Infosys as a team is dead and that is the cause of failure of Infosys.

Am currently on a visit to USA. Am unable to access 26A from here at present although earlier it used to work like a charm. Lot of consumers are facing similar problem. You can easily do a google search and view these complaints. This rq to you as Infosys is a world renownwd co and am told is now managing this website. Pl let me know what are you planning to do about thia and how soon?

In the 1st week of November I applied, through UP Based Home Job Provider, infosysservice.in’s website, for Offline Data Entry Job.Within 4-5 days they called me over my given Mobile Number and took a Telephonic Interview. The person who talked with me told me his name was ROSHAN. The person also told me that a VP was being sent to my given address which I should have to receive from the Postman after paying Rs 350+25=375. Within 5-6 days the said letter reached. I filled up the forms and contract letters and I sent the soft copies of the documents to their email ID. On the same day they sent my 100 pages assignment.for typing.I typed those and sent the same within their given time. Now the real problems began. They did not contact me. Till date they did not send me the QC report. Since then I sent a lot of E-mails to [protected]@infosysservice.in.but they never replied. Now I have realized that I have been scammed. Home job seekers should be vigilant of this type of so called Home Job Providers.

I am frequent traveller of Mumbai - Pune via my own vehicle. However these days there has been a lot of traffic near DY Patil on both ways due to large number of pot holes and also the depth of pot holes is quite deceiving. I have seen many accidents where bike riders fell off their bikes as they got into a very deep pot hole.

Request you to look into it as this is a serious concren.

My father was been attacked paralysis on 2 months ago. I have send thee all original documents of hospital bills and treatment details on 12thApr-13toayanagar-Bangalore. But still i did not receive any call and amount from them. I am requesting to the management of medic assist is that please take a bright look on my claim and allot thee required amount as soon as possible.

The Hr from infosys Mr.Prashanth and his consultant friend Mr.aalim solvers india from coimbatore has cheated us for very simple reasons. Please dont believe in the recruitment process in infosys, the paoples working in infosys are cheaters. ( Especially in Hr Department). There is wrong persons in right place. Please i request Mr.Narayanamoorthy to take necessary action.

THIS CONSULTANT INITIALLY TOOK ADVANCE FOR ISO IMPLEMENTATION AND CAME ONLY TWICE TO MY COMPANY IN COCHIN. LATER HE BROUGHT SOMBODY FOR INSPECTION AND ISSUED A CERTIFICATE . NOW THE CERTIFICATION AGENCY IS TELLING THAT HE IS A FRAUD AND MY CERTIFICATE IS CANCELLED WITH IN ONE YEAR BECAUSE OF NON PAYMENT. THAT FRAUD RASI HAS TAKEN FULL MONEY FROM ME AND NOT PAID TO THE AGENCY.

Sir/Madam I want to through light upon on campus conducted by Infosys at MSIT ,Delhi on 3rd sept. 2011 in which threee colleges were also invited and NIEC, Delhi was one of them.For that Campus Placement,The NIEC's TPO has said to the NIEC students that the Eligibility criteria for infosys comapny placement is that the students having any active backlog cann't sit in the company placement exam. The NIEC TPO didn't give the hall ticket to the students till 2nd of sept. 2011 but On 3rd sept(Company placement exams) Some students having 2 or 3 backlogs were present there and taking the exam.These students have contacts with college TPO.AFter half an hour when result announced then They have selected the students who have backlogs and who have not good academic record.Now what should we do?? if this happen with such a brand company also then what will happen of meritorious students.they also will have to give money and then get the job.kindly make a investigation upon it.

According to neha kumari, an HR in building L1, my FINAL SETTLEMENT AMOUNT amount was supposed to be credited from the last day of my work.

Suresh Adiga is a senior manager at Infy and he promises people good job opportunities at Infy and takes lot of money from them. He is fraud he had given job to Yusuf Kesarbhavi and gave him lot of rewards like Tech Explorer, and Best Debutant in return of money and other things (pleasure).

Sir,
Yesterday: 10th Feb. 2011, INFOSYS came for recruitment campus first time to Odisha. We were informed that, there’d be recruitment for INFOSYS KPO, INFOSYS BPO, and INFOSYS Technology. There were individual eligible percentage cut offs for each category of recruitment, means career 60% and above for Tech. and 55% for KPO and BPO and different recruitment processes for KPO, BPO and tech. as well. Recruitment was at Ravenshaw University, Cuttack (240Kms away from Brahmapur). So we went for Infosys tech. recruitment.
After a journey of 4hrs, and waiting for another 3hrs for the recruitment process, we were informed that, there’ll be recruitment for BPO only as the no. of applicants for tech. didn’t touch the no. as they had expected. After a query of 1 hour, they said that, recruitment for tech. will be there and they registered our names with entry fees of Rs.250/-. But after the presentation round, they again said that only BPO recruitment will be there.
When we complained about this, they cross questioned us that, what’s the difference between BPO and Tech? They both are same. And as we already registered our names and attended the presentation round, we should attend the recruitment process for BPO with a proverb that “something is better than nothing”.
Did we travel so long for BPO or paid Rs.250/- for BPO?
So we complained again and after a long quarrel and waiting, they refunded our money. Suddenly after that they started behaving us rudely and said us to leave the place as they can’t recognize us after the refund and not to make the campus crowd.
So, I’ve some questions arose in my mind. Will you please answer them?
1. If there was no recruitment for INFOSYS Technology, why it has been informed before that they will recruit for all three categories?
2. Why they registered our names saying us wrong that Tech. recruitment will be there?
3. If they canceled the Tech. recruitment process due to less applicants for that, why recruitment staff for BPO only came and no staffs for others? Did they know before 2 days that there’ll be less applicants, so didn’t come?
4. If BPO and Tech. is same, why there are different cut off career percentages?
5. Were we miss-behaved, because we raised our complaint against the wrong or because we were refunded our money back?
6. Will this type of nonsense activity suits one of the best IT industries like INFOSYS on which students have great hope and faith and expected a lot?
7. No doubt we’ve been refunded the registration fees; will INFOSYS be responsible for the loss of our time, energy and money in the travel and waiting for the recruitment?
Please sir, response immediately. I’m waiting for the answers.

I've claimed for my PF money 6 months ago but haven't received the money yet. When i contacted my previous organization they say that it is currently pending with the regional PF commissioner office Kandivili (W). In this forum also i saw some complaints on the same issue. hope our concerns are addressed at the earliest.

As many it guys opinion, I can also say Infosys is the right place for the people who do nothing. Apart from that, they do lot of non-sense and misuse of their position in Infosys. Infosys is the best place for people who want to join with FAKE experiences, FAKE
certifications, that too prestigious MCP, Sun Java certifications. They do get hikes every year, promotions every year, whenever they feel some one is noticing them and there could be threat to their position, simply they will try to get transferred to another location. The login and logout time in Infosys campus is a fun activity. People will come to office early and leave late, but in between they can spend their time anywhere doing any nonsense thing. This is
even very flexible for people who works in second shifts.

Mr. Murthy, You really cherished India's name by establishing Infosys. But why you are not really taking care to protect its reputation. If you really want to check the things, check your
database for the people who joined Hyderabad Infy campus in last 4 years. You will definitely find many such illegal employees enjoying managerial roles with infy currently. I sincerely doubt the HR dept on what they are doing about the background verifications. Do they simply rely on photostat copies?
Why do HR calls for a discussion IMMEDIATELY if they received any complaint on anybody without putting them under silence observation atleast for a month. Dont you think calling them to discussion is nothing but giving a hint to them to escape? It will help the culprit to behave properly for the observation period and then changing the company.
Why your company afraids to take legal action on illegal employees?
Mr. Murthy, if it is difficult for you to really control all above, rather try to change the Infy tagline as 'powered by culprits, driven by tactics'

Though you told, 'love your job, dont love your company', I still respect and love my ex-company.
