I had applied for a credit card about a month back with ICICI Bank. They took my application and started processing it. Application reference number being[protected]. I called the call center up to enquire about the status of my application and a automated reply came saying that they had stopped processing my application. I wanted to find the reason as to why they stopped the processing of my application. So I went to the back and asked the manager about it. They replied saying that they cannot reveal the reason why they stopped processing my application. I believe this is not correct, when a application is rejected whatever maybe the reason, I think the person has the right to know the reason for that rejection. So that is my complaint against ICICI Bank.
