[Resolved]  Instantlock — Unauthorized charge on Credit card

I have been charged $109 by this company when i was just registering my details. They never mentioned that anything money is going to be charged or what amount is going to be charged. Nither they showed any confirmation page on their website to which i have to confirm before making the payment. On top of that i also didnt got any mail regarding charge, just i saw that on my credit card account. No contact details are mentioned on their site. "Instantlock.net". Please check the attachment which shows the "Next Step" button with no information that they are going to charge any money.
