[Resolved]  Institute Softdot — not refunding my fees

I am the student of softdot hi-tech institute of bba-1st year. I want to transfer from the institute to another institute and i have already deposit my 2nd year fees upto 2nd instalment. And gone to the institute for taking NOC but they refuse to give the NOC and said that no fees will be refunded.

u have little chances as it must be a clause in there admission process so you should there information brochure in detail or ask some seniors.consumer court is last option...
hi,
the institute is spoiling the career and money of the students.. their faculties are the worst and the management is very rude and bad manner.. even last year there were several faculties called the police because the manuj agrawal was not giving their salary..
