Intel atom motherboard — no display

i have bought a intel atom motherboard from ghaziabad. and now there is no display inso please tell me what is the procedure to replace it

i prach a new atom kit two month work properly but this time no display

i have bought a intel atom motherboard from kaveri (technopark) . and now there is booting problem in this atom.

so please tell me what is the procedure to replace it.
