[Resolved]  intel inside — replacement

i hv send my unit to intel (chennai) on 28 december , they told me that we will return tour unit within 15 days.

but today 1 month is completed , they dont give me any response

I have bought Intel Mother Board D945 GCNL in November 2007, but the 2nd Slot of RAM is not working at all. Though it is in under warrantly period. I have tried hard to contact at your Bangalore Centre but all in vain. Kindly let me know the add in Delhi so that my prob can be sort out.

I have purchased a intel mother board (Intel G31PR, BTPR83201PMK AA E[protected] last year but in the beginning of this year there is some problems in the board. So I send it to intel service centre located in chennai through the dealer, MAHALAKSHI, Guwahati, Assam on 27th of Feb, 2010. They told me to get back it in the end of March. But till date I have not received the Mother board. Therefore I want to know why it takes so much time to repair. I purchased it for professional use in my business centre and not for gaming, so I am facing a great problem. Now I want to know when can I get back the MB and what is its present condition?

Dear sir,
I had purchased an intel desktop board D945 GCPE &serial no. = AZPE 812003Q1 AA D[protected] from your retailer from CAP SYSTEM. Since last three month i am facing lot of problems and now it is not starting at all. After then i went your service centre several times for repairs, but failed to get proper res ponce there. The service excutative are now advising me to scrap the "mother board"of the same as it out of warranty. But the mother board is still in the warranty period then how can i go for new one. I am requesting you kindly look into the matter.

Dear sir,
I have purchased intel motherboard . It worked for a month, after that there was problem in display. I went to service centre for replacement. They took it on 03.10.2011 but till now I have not got the product. My intel motherboard DH61WW and sl no is BTWW28027M9. So plz do something.
