I received the same e-mail. It all sounds good, because they require no fee to deliver your check., but then when I sent then address of where to send check, I received a reply from the carrier stating that they would hold check until reconfirming address AND sending them your drivers license... what? That is when I started asking myself why do they want my license instead of a copy of my drivers license? I believe this is the work of terrorist who or someone who is trying to still American I identities to enter the U.S.A.
I too received an email from International Courier Systems (ICS). It is so obviously a scam. If you Google ICS, they are based in Houston, USA, and they do not have an office in London. I called them in Houston just to verify, THIS IS A SCAM!!!

I feel as though that all the on-line lotto games are a scam. I have been playing the FREELOTTO here since 2004 and my name keeps coming up a winner but I have yet to recieve a check of any amount that I have suppose to have won in their lottery or sweepstakes games. I get charged (dollars every month but never seen a prize check in the amount shown in the winning circle. This goes bad against peoples hope when they are the only ones in their homes makeing a living and paying bill. No one ever thinks of the people that wish hope and pray for a big winner and then never see it but get pounded with e-mails that you have won the big money. Thank you

Please let me know if this is a SCAM or NOT as I have processed this information for professional investigation for FRAUD/SCAM.
I need proof & evidence for this information for me to process this for International investigation (Scotland Yard).

I can't believe this I have received about 6 different letters all claiming that I had won an international lottery, I don't play such things, I gave them no vital information in my reply in fact I asked questions and I am still getting notes back to send money to a courier company. Do these people think we are all ?

received a mail from Billy Van the operator that, i have won a lottery prize of GBP 5,00,000/-. I was asked to deposit Rs.23,000 INR in Standard chartered bank.But, before making the payment, i was serching for their information. & found that the company was a big fraud.
