Dear Sir
I KETAN AHER(B.E MECHANICAL) resident of Ahmednagar(Maharashtra).I was travelling from Dhule to Ahmednagar on 27.4.2012.
Immediately after one leaves Dhule city there is your Toll Booth which charges Rs.100 toll from Dhule to Chandwad.However for people like us ,we use the road till Malegoan only(45 Km only) and take left to Manmad road which is
So for such a small distance Rs. 100 is too much.When I spoke to the toll booth person,he was very abusive and did not listen to me.The customer care officer at the toll booth was also very arrogant.
My point is u dont tkae a single penny from MPs,MLas,Class I officers etc. But we the common man who quietly pay the toll have to suffer
Same thing goes when we enter Dhule city.Why do we have to pay Rs 100 for mere 5 km
This is completely unacceptable.The people who work at the toll booth think that they are the owners of the road.
