IRCTC / Refund for TDR — Refund for TDR for PNR number [protected]

Dear Concern,

I was booked a Ticket from Patna (PNBE) TO Lucknow(LKO) for 30th Nov 2010. Train late more then 3 hours , so i Claim TDR for full refund amount of Rs 498/- on 06th Dec 2010 out of which i have received only Rs. 249/- on 04th Feb 2011. Rest Rs 249/- is still Pending.

For that amount i followed up several Time (09th Feb 11, 12th Feb 11, 14th Mar 2011, 30 March 2011, 5 April 2011, 25 April 2011& 20th may 2011 but No revert from IRCTC & TDR department.
