[Resolved]  IRCTC reservation — Charged twice by IRCTC for one ticket booked

I have booked 1 ticket thru IRCTC site on 15th March 2010.

While booking first time transaction failed and I did not receive ticket.
2nd time transaction was successful.

I received a statement from bank cahrging me twice for one ticket. On speaking to bank they said transaction was successful that is why I am charged.

on mail response IRCTC said;

We would like to inform you that on dated 15-Mar-2010 under card-No 4385xxxxxxxx0007, two successful txns for an amount Rs.985/- was done through ICICI PG. The successful txns are [protected] ,[protected] and their auth codes are 922482 ,362097 respectively.
Hence, no amount is pending towards IRCTC.

The strange part of the story is I did not get any ticket on my IRCTC ID ankit2121 for the transaction # [protected] nor it was shown in failed transaction AND they charged me for that.

Attached are the documents for help.
