IRCTC — Refund Status
Dear Sir,I have booked one railway ticket having PNR No.[protected] from Bharatpur to Mumbai and date of journey was 21-Oct-2009, but the tratin was diverted to other route due to train accident in Mathura. As per railway rule if the train is diverted to other route than the person will get 100% refund. however i have received only 50% refund of the total amount and balance 50% is still pending. And Customer Care personnel not gives any satisfactory answer relating to balance 50%.
Please do the needful.

I had reserved a ticket from new delhi to gaya of 29th october by online web portal of IRCTC.when our balance have been debit from my A/C SBi but ticket go on failed status .i have complaint to customer representative of IRCTC but his manner not good and don't tell any specific report that returning of my debit amount so please take serioussally saction under consumer protection act 1986 with fraud case sir.IRCTC — REFUND FAILED STATUS

I tried to book 5train tickets on Feb 15 2011 one from MAS to TPJ & four from TPJ to MAS
Total money Rs 950has been deducted from my account but tickets has not been booked.
Five transactions Failed:

IRCTC — Request for Refund
I tried to book a ticket for Bangalore to Hubli on 16th September, 2011 using the online ticket booking system of Indian Railways. Before I could get the confirmation of the booking the session expired. I checked the booking status in my IRCTC account but there was no update there. On checking the transaction's status in my credit card's account I found that payment had been done. I have waited for 3 days but I did not receive any mail from IRCTC.IRCTC — Payment Refund

IRCTC — transaction failed
SIR,I am ANKUR JOSHI ,my user id on Irctc is joshi1066. today on[protected] i tried for a ticket transection from irctc but unfortunatlly i could not succeed, while the ticket amount has been deducted from my credit card.
there is no transiction id genrated in my irctc id.
I want u to creat an cancelation mail againest failed transiction so the concern bank could not claim on it.
please do the needfull

Do you think you will get solution? There are all who book tickets in IRCTC do have such stupid issues. These IRCTC guys are non-sense. They don't have brain at all. So there are 1000 issues. So the only solution is go to the railway reservation counter, book a ticket. In India there is no one to listen the consumer's voice.
