I was surprise when seeing this comments because it so not true. I also worked there with the company for almost 2 years….i never had problems friends…I think that someone is just making rumour about them coz most of the management staff are from India also and they really take good care o[censored]s when we are staying there.

I also agree with Pavitra, this the same co one of my friend had joined, this one the hell of a co, absolute no ethic, like the ask people to come from India, in their own expense, and also they ask people in travel visa with a promise that they will covert the travel visa to work permit. How ever their real intention is to get the brain their, since they get the project showing this resource and once the resource in Malaysia they just make them work for 15 hrs and finish the crucial part of the proj. after that they start harassing the people by reducing their salary and all. and finally before 15 day they ask you to leave. so that they don't hv to pay. as far as i know this a serious fraud company, if anybody getting it, i would strongly suggest to stay away from them. since you loose ur existing job, lots of money since they don't give you a dime and lots of mental harassment. GUYS PLEASE STAY OUT OF THIS CO...
Yes this company is totally fraud, I worked there and know how they are cheap, and they did false promises, once you go with your expenses because they didn’t pay single penny for airfare or hotel rent initially, once you reach in Malaysia no one come to receive you. You have to manage each and every thing, they pay only 7 days hotel bill after that you have to give from your pocket as well as they didn’t help you to find accommodation, very dicey situation because you spend lots of money. Once you reach office then see another face, it is very small company not more than 20 peoples even not proper setting available, there is no other branches what they said, and start bargaining in your salary and taxes they deduct more than 25% from basic salary which they promised take home salary, now you become fully trapped. There is no transport facility timing 9: 00 AM to not sure you may spend whole night but you have to come early morning very pathetic. Once you resign you have not allow to buy out option, you have to serve 90 days and they push you in 14 hour daily job even Sunday also. Once their project done they didn’t allow you to single day to work and fire you without any notice and hold your salary which is not pay to you. If you have fill income tax return they make lots of hurdles against you. Rather than putting your account no in return form they leave blank and force you to leave country ASAP otherwise put false case against you for transfer money in their account. It is totally Company. There is no ethic, humanity and biggest liar.

I am with ISCISTECH at our Indian office but I don’t understand why there are comments of this nature being posted. I have been working with the company for almost 7 years and have never faced any problems of this nature. Also you need to take into factor that the senior management of the company are mostly from India as well and at all times ensure to give more opportunities to the people of India based on Iscistech’s development. Even during hard times, Iscistech has always made a priority to put people first before profit.
My name is Raja and I am currently working with ISCISTECH for the past 10 years as a project manager. I must disagree with all this nonsense comments as I also am from India and have been given so many good opportunities by the company and management. My team also is 95% from India and we make sure that at all times they are taken care of while they are with ISCISTECH. We have many people working more than 6 years in the company. How can you say that company is abusing?
All our team members are happy with their jobs and rewarded for their efforts at all times, we not only treat them as employee's but bring them in as family. I do agree that there may be some staff whom have failed to deliver in their duties but we have given many chances for them to improve and keeping a person whom has failed numerous times would be ridiculous, this is even done by the big companies.
Do you know when the recession periods hit in Malaysia the management went all out to make sure that all staff were taken care of and never let anyone livelihood be affected?
Please also be noted that, even in this difficult climate, Company has just declared 1 month bonus for all staff and 1 extra month bonus for staff more than 5 years.

I have also worked with ISCISTECH for couple of years. If you want to experience the hell when you are alive you can try this company.
Below are the false commitments given ISCISTECH explained in detail,
1. Before joining they give only initial offer letter over mail which is not actual offer letter and They might reduce the salary once you go and join the company. You do not have any option because you already left job in India and you are jobless, so most of the people will continue.
2. The offer is based on ISCISTECH interview, once you go there you have to work in client place and they have only 1 client. if you do not pass interview at client or not perform well they will remove you in 1 day and you are job less and come back to India.
3. First 6 months 26% tax will be deducted by Malaysia government, but if you stay more than 180 days then you are eligible to get 26% tax. But to get it you have to wait till April of next year to file tax and you will get in May or June of that year. So once you join and work for few months you have to stay at least 1 year to get that 26% back. No choice and it will not be told by company initially.
4. They promise that Visa will be free of charge and they process visa, but while leaving company they deduct visa charges or service charges from your last month salary. which is hidden and not officially mentioned in any letter. Which is cheating.
5. And company can change rules and can remove you overnight if they dont like you. No ethics. No morals.
6. More than everything 3 months notice period and no company will wait for you till that time if you want to change the company. And no NOC provided by company which is illegal but still they dont care.
7. Regarding work culture and professionalism do not thing think about it. No timings, no rules, what they say is a rule. If you stay long time, no taxi or food or any benefit provide. Because they want you to work overtime most of the time.
8. There are few people who are very old to company and they do not know how to deal with employees. They just play politics between employee and management.
9. Salary is very less and they do not give much hike once you join. if salary is less than RM. 10000 very difficult to survive.
10. They say they give client allowance but they will not give for initial 6 months as they say its probation period. After 6 months they give every 3 months once allowance. and once you resign they will not give allowance for 3 months notice period. For few people they reduced the salary after resignation.
11. They behave badly with employees once they resign.
12. Very less employees and no benefits, no family insurance. Only monthly RM, 100 insurance only for employee.
13. For every small things like Client allowance, reimbursement or increment you have fight many times and follow up. Nothing will be given with standard process.
14. As few people mentioned above they do not have branches as they mentioned in all countries. Just few places only small office.
15. Whatever negative comments given by few people above are true. Positive comments only give by employee 1 or 2 favor to management and they are not capable of getting job elsewhere.
Conclusion: Not a worth of your time to leave your job and go and get into hell. Not a good company and no good working environment. No job security. No respect.

This company is totally useless company. They holding only one client. They were stealing the employer work. Once they got utilized simply those ### cancels their job and send back to country. Guys from India don't believe these idiotic company. You people can try and get the GOOD JOB 2nd secured job in India itself.
