Dear Sir
This the reference regarding My P.F withdraw I have received the amount Rs-73500
On dated 03/09/2009 through sbi account no-[protected].
I didn’t receive any details of clearance from PF Office Bangalore to my home address and Email Id-dabral.[protected]@gmail.com which I request to PF Office. As per the PF withdraw clam form no 10-C (E.P.S) Inward no[protected], Amount RS- 17040 & Form 19 C-Inward no[protected] amount RS- 64181 which is calculated by PF Office Bangalore on[protected] ( Gross amount total Rs-17040 +64181 =81222) but after 2year of claming I received only Rs-73500 which less amount RS-7722/ calculated by PF Office Bangalore.
In my total amount Rs-81222 as per use on Commissioner Office on 22/11/2007 should be added 8.5% interest in gross amount + compound interest. My clam is not complete, hence I filled the form 10-C and Form 19-C for complete withdraw of my PF. the PF Office Bangalore return my form because Father/husband name as per the claim form and office records do not tally. I have submitting complete details regarding my PF withdraw by Speed-post to your office to Mr.K.Chandrapa on 24/08/2009 for reminder and call to your office many time [protected] KR Puram but no any answer, they just tell that ask to SBI Rishikesh.
Kindly send the details for my PF settlement. Is this amount merged on my Pension Fund contribution? Or the other cheques are issued by PF office.
Sir this my humble request to you kindly seriously look-in this matter, and do the needful from your end.

even on the date when i am doing my clearance on[protected] i asked for my performance to mr.wilson(asst human resource).he replied that i will begetting in october.
but now they are not giving it.
