[Resolved]  IT 3351, from LEH TO DELHI — Meals not Provided in spite of charging for the same in ticket

My Mother Smt Krishna Bose , who is handicapped [ Both Knees replaced six months back ] [ Carrying a valid handicapped certificate, was not escorted to her seat, in IT 3351, from LEH to Delhi , on 6th June morning Flight , with the corresponding Air Staff, not even lending a helping hand to make her seat.
The behavious of the Air Hostess was again rude in General.
The icing on the Cake was , even though food amount was engulfed in the ticket , NO FOOD WAS OFFERED TO HER.
This is inspite of the fact that my mother upon enquiring about the food was bluntly told " AGAR TICKET ME LIKHA HOGA TO AAPKA MEAL A JAYEGA "
The next time they communicated that Delhi Airport has arrived and its time for her to get down.
This obnoxious behaviour is not at all acceptable and thus self would like to get the entire cost of ticket be refunded back unconditionally.
