Dear Team
My name is vivek khare & my mobile no is [protected]. & iam using the same mob no. from past 12 month but from past 1 month I am facing the problem with GPRS services & my call has been drop by your team( costumer care GPRS Department ) at several time so ply take a suitable action again them.
Second problem is automatically my hello tune is activating by your system for that aim not going to bay ok.
Third problem is from my mobile iam not able to give call directly to GPRS department why this is only for my NO only gives me a valid reason.
hopping iam getting rply soon form airtell.
