is a fake company...
They will catch some people from the job sites and make them attend client interview and finally send their own freshers to the client place upon clearing the interview from someone else..
Their clients are Titan, ABB, SAP INDIA, SAP GDC, NOKIA, ETC.
The request with their fellow clients is do not take any employees from Iteanz without cross verifying their names and avoid telephonic interviews. And verify their photo driving license and passports. To maintain the genuineness of the most successful companies this complaint is launched..
After all reputation is must..

Not absolutely true, But I do partially agree with this. I too also was a part of this company earlier for more then 2 years.
But one humble request to the higher management of this company. Sir please be strict on your policies, be punctual. Why to give a chance to employee to fire on whole company?
I really felt bad when some one posted this query publicly. But I would say, "Yeah, at present there is some thing wrong between Employee - Company relationship". Please re-visit your relations and see, what you can do to rectify those ASAP.
As I am very close reviewer of this company, probably because I started my career from here. And at that time it was in initial set up. Because of Iteanz not only me, we all our collogues are in such position, we can challenge any of the big gun.

No need to fake to grow and send someone else changing driving license and other details, they will change names and send to clients place not only with experience...

I never intended to say clients should not consider their employees.

But they are showing only virtual dreams for the people who are eager to do something and achieve something and they are wasting everybody's precious time and spoiling mental state.First of all any organization should provide minimum value for employees.
yeah, i think its damn correct, eventhough earlier the CEO mr. venkat used to be very concern about employees, but the day Govind (uneducated HR) every thing is company is going worse and even worse, what i got in my working peroiod of 2-3 months that he(govind) is the only person in iteanz who is making every single thing worst. he produces misuderstanding betewwn employees and mr. venkat..the main thing is he doesn't respect girls in the company..he abuses them all the time.since i was also part of iteanz for 2 months.so i will request you venkat sir you fire govind than only you will get to know the sideeffects of that guy..in my opinion the iteanz is running because of two guys only deepak and venkat sir.

They are recruiting freshers by taking bulk amount of money and later fire them without giving the revealing or experience certificates. I know people who lost their jobs because he has given negative feed backs purposefully .
Its a shame that people like them can do all these cheating and get way freely in our our India.
There should be some external interference to teach them business ethics and to give justice to all the former, existing employees.He just run this organization to cheat people.
So please keep away from Iteanz or you will be regretting like us later.

All written above was correct we have solid evidence to prove this. I also worked there more than one year in this company so i know each and every thing about iteanz . Just enquire last 1 year more than 100 people left iteanz.
Once more (MD)venkitesh or (HR) govind will do like this we all are going to prove all this infront of medias they are playing lots of people's carrier . After giving revealing letter also giving negative feed back . For some people they are not ready to give experience certificate or revealing letter. Near one Lakh they tuk for SAP training and after that doing all dirty games like this.
Dont think all others are fools, How many of them lost their jobs because of iteanz.

i knew venkat since last 3 years and met him on the field during competition.
he was working with ABB as a consultant and he developed himself as an enterpreuner skill and reached to a good heights.
there are certain dogs in the market, doesnt know the understanding of employee and business people and they just write a wrong informations about them

Ya everything from top to bottom is true. The MD and his brother Govind were homo . They taken money from all fresher and after we paid they will simply relive them without any intimation atleast...

Who is that GREAT man, who knows Venkat for last 3 years .i think that is mr.venket himself who has written that comment..he and his brother Govind both are totally fake ..they had collected Rs.60000 from 10 freshers last year and offered them job in their company and told that there will be job oriented training for all of them for 3 months..but there was no training and there was no trainer too...

yes its true these people are not trustworthy .Specially MD Venkatesh, he is dam , he always cheats peoples. PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY OTHER WISE YOU WILL FACE LOTS of problems in your career they are number one fake they wont give salary and they wont relieve you also... so better be away from these cheats...Iteanz is Fake !
