I had purchased a FLAT in ITTINA MAHAVIR in April 2008 and that became the biggest mistake of my life. These people are real crooks and they have not completed the project till date. Instead of showing a commitment to complete the project, ITTINA management strategy is to wait and see what the customer is doing. So many customers have gone to the court and have put up a criminal case against ITTINA but these people have yet not taken a lesson from it and bucked up. They are just making fake promises without adhering to them. The customers of ITTINA Mahavir are in a state of plight and are repenting their decision to buy a house with ITTINA. I am also one of them and dont know what to do in such a scenerio. Should I go to the consumer court?
