Dear Sir/Madam, I want to inform you that I am an SB account holder of SBI, Tatarpur Branch having A/c No.[protected] .Yesterday I knew that my old blocked ATM Card No.[protected] is using by my Home Branch’s any Staff that I have submitted in my Home Branch. I have also registered a complaint to Customer Care for three wrong deductions from my account Rs 5056.18 on dated 30/09/2013 having Ticket No. PG[protected], PG[protected], PG[protected] After knowing all this today I have registered a complaint to SBI Customer Care at toll free No.[protected] to block that ATM Card and got a Ref.No. [protected]. These three deductions has been made for online purchasing by any one.So, I want to know from which website he has made online purchasing & his complete billing Address. I have journal No. (Rs 2022.47/- Journal No.[protected], (Rs 2022.47/-Journal No.[protected] & (Rs 1011.24/- Journal No.[protected].You can check & verify easily by the mrntioned Journal No. where the transactions has been made by him. Please consider my mail & help me so that I can recover my duducted amount. Note : Advice me how I'll recover the deducted amount.
