ivalue mart is phone shopping. Based on the catalogue, we had ordered a product in the month of Jan. 2009 costing Rs. 2400/- I used my credit card to make the payment. The order was supposed to be delivered within 14 days but it did not happen. However, the amount was already debited to my account. When we called them the reason was given that the product not in stock. We still waited and again called them. They told us to apply for refund and money will be refunded. I sent them mail stating that. However, neither refund was made by them nor we have product delivered. When ever we cal them they either disconnect the phone and keep us on long hold. We also gave them an option of ordering another product but whatever we order, we are told the product not in stock.

This kind of atrocious and disgusting model should not last long. In this highly competitive scenario, they are trying to fool customers.
I would like to rank ivaluemart as one of the most untrusted click shop model wherein as they say correctly, 'you dont have tangible shop to get back to'.
These kind of stupendious org should be taken to court. I would like to reach now to the consumer court.
