[Resolved]  Jaipan Pressure Cooker — Manufacturing defect o[censored]pper Lid

Dear Sir,

Your kind attention is invited to the following.

I had purchased Jaipan Pressure Cooker during November 2007 from New Delhi. As I was having another Pressure cooker I had not even opened the packet till now. Now when I opened the packet I find that the upper lid of the cooker is bent. So I am not in a position to close the lid. This seems to be a manufacturing defect. I would like to get it repaired. Presently I am working at my native place Trivandrum.
Kindly provide me the address / contact number of your service centre at Trivandrum so that I can contact them.
As your cooker has got a warranty period of 5 years I would like to use your service for the repair. The make of the cooker is as follows
