Our FDRs of Rs. 2 lakh have already matured in June 2016 and Rs one lakh in October 2016 but the JPA has not yet refunded the amount to us despite repeated requests on phone and by e mails. They are telling us to wait until March 2017. What can be the possible solution and line of action for us.Even interest due on 30th September, 2016 has not been released.

M/RAMARAO, HYDERABAD... how come the company law board is continuously extending time for repayments and interest payments to jaypee associates when the company is most unresponsive to the customers continuous complaints and tardy repayments?

The discharged fixed deposit receipts nos. 00369008 for Rs.30000/- and 00555928 for Rs.20000/- due for maturity on 18.10.2015 & 23.11.2015 were submitted to the company on 05 Oct 2015 i.e. almost a month in advance. Till today, the maturity amount and interest have not received inspite of reminders by E:mail and on phone. The company stated that Hon, ble National Company Law Tribunal has extended further time upto 31.03.2017 to repay all outstanding Deposits. I have also filed complaint with pgportal (MCA).

I have deposit rs 30, 000/- as a fix deposit with j p associate on dated 02/02/2013 withe name of hiteshkumar madhavalal joshi receipt no 00397086 .Investor code 1239066 scheme cumulative.
Rs 30000.00 with interest 12.5% for 3 yrs. But till date i have not received any maturity amount form the jp associate.

Jai Prakash Associates Limited, Jaypee Group raised thousands of crores of deposits from ordinary retail investors in the form of guaranteed company fixed deposits till 2014. The company has failed to pay back the maturity sum of money to the investors whose fixed deposits have already matured.

I had taken a Fixed deposit of Rs 300000 FD # 00583187 @ interest rate 12.25 % which matured on 9/7/2015. I still have not received the matured amount in spite of repeated calls. The FD department does not take any calls . Very frustrating
