Yes. I agree. I have booked a flat in Janapriya Metropolis in AUG-2011. As per the agreement they have to handover the flat by MAR-2013 (adding grace period). Believe me, even after 1 year the construction stage is same without any change till now (AUG-2012). One good thing is Janapriya has to pay the interest amount to the Bank till they hand over the flat to me. But bad thing is, Janapriya is not paying the interest to bank from 4 months.

Very disorganised bunch of people, who are least bothered once you buy the flat. There have been unattended leakage issues (in new apartments!!!), the lifts in the new apartment blocks are even more cramped than in the already constructed blocks, there is no Manjira water supply, even after 3 years of first set of people moving in (they are apparently now asking for residents to collect more money to pay the govt authorities for their failure to take requisite permissions in time)...things have gotten so bad that they are renaming the last phase of Janapriya Metropolis to Classic Homes...it's same wine in a new bottle being served to gullible customers.
Play areas left for such a large society are puny (small, miniscule, microsocopic)...even so, those are mostly only in the maps. Be sure to check with them when they plan to complete all amenities and have it written in the contract you sign with them; because their latest alibi is that they committed to give those amenities, but never committed any dates.
Privacy is a big concern. God knows what archietect designed this lauout, but this problem is not unique to this builder.
Security is for namesake only...not exactly the safest neighborhood, as it is next to an unauthorized colony (back door). The icing on the cake is factory next door, with a huge diesel tank staring you in the face. Besides being a constant eyesore, it is a potential fire-hazard (after-all diesel is inflammable and no body wants a bollywood action scene next to their houses),
Janapriya administration sucks to say the least. It is fine till you run into a problem. Once unfortunately you do, they will have nothing but sad excuses for being lousy.

It is very true with respect to Janapriya Builders. These people are not at reliable. They have got a tie up with HDFC bank. They take money in advance and home loan in our name with out showing any progress in the work. They assure that, they will pay PRE-EMIs to the bank, so careless, they never pay in time and make customer default. They DON'T give possession or remit money in time to bank. Since 2 years I am facing all of problems with this builder. Please don't trust him. They go for cheap popularity or advertisements.
