Hi...I have purchased a Flat in Hyderabad from Janapriya Syndicate Engineers private limited in April 2010. At the time of booking they promised that possession will be given in 6 to 8 months, after booking when they prepared the agreement, in that they mentioned 18 plus 3 months, when we refuse to sign they said its a standard format and we are here to give you possession in 6 - 8 months, we trusted them and signed the agreement. After that they keep on delaying the work after giving them 90% of money, my flat is not 80% completed as of today....Now their agreement is over and when we approached them, they are saying will give your flat in June for sure. I like to file a case in consumer court. Please guide me in that regards...
